  Came asap when we needed them too! Very friendly, informative and thorough. This has been a rough few days for us with losing power due to storms, on top of our A/C going out during one of the hottest weeks ever. So when I say we are grateful, that is an understatement! We will definitely be using there services from now and into the future.

  Brian came out on July 4 and fixed our leaking tankless water heater. He is the most capable tech I've ever met in 50+ years of engineering experience. He patched a copper pipe pinhole leak, and persistently dried the unit control board and other components, and left the unit working. I'm not just pleased, I am amazed at his talent and persistence to get the job done. My wife and I feel like sending another review just so we could give him 10 stars.

  Quoted $8k for a repair when the technician didn’t even look at the access panel. Second company came and they looked at the access panel and saw the drip pan was full and found out the condensate drain was clogged. $420 out the door. They are running a scam, how can you charge $199 for a technician to come out and diagnose something they didn’t even look at! I even said do you want to look at the access panel!?? SCAM SCAM SCAM

  Haller was fabulous yet again! Unfortunately, we had to replace our mini split system due to no fault of the original installation (GoodCo). From the initial technicians that visited, diagnosed our issue and provided repair/replacement options to Nate who provided a comprehensive explanation of a new system installation, everyone has been great to interact with. The day after our install we experienced an issue with our unit and Paul, the field team leader, came out quickly and immediately remedied the issue. Always courteous and keep a clean work area. Our one issue is with the call center. They aren't personal nor exceptionally helpful. Thankfully we work around them and contact service or sales directly. Fix that issue and you've got a winning team!!

  I am highly disappointed. They were called to replace a Johnny ring. No estimate quote was given over the phone. However when he walked in told me it was $700 to replace it. Without even looking at it. Once the toilet was off he then said it was clogged. Said he would try the auger if that didn’t would try the machine. If the machine was used it would have been another $400 . He told me the toilet was draining after he used the auger just slowly. About an hour after they left I went up to the bathroom. The toilet is still clogged and it is pushing up into my shower. We have used them before and had a great experience. But today not only did they have us by the hair as it is the only bathroom in the house. The attitude that was given was not very kind and might add rude. I will not be calling them again for plumbing issues.
