  I am not giving Haller 5-stars as much as I am the tech I got this time. His name was Brayden and he has been (in my opinion) the best and most informative tech I’ve had service my furnace in years. We live in a world where customer service is no longer something of pride and across the board it is mostly $hit. So getting good customer service is appreciated these days, so Brayden gets the nod.

  Jason was prompt and thorough explaining everything he was going to do to clean and get the furnace ready for cold weather. Jason was very friendly and efficient. he will be my “go to man” each time the furnace needs preparation for cold weather weather!

  Deana was my tech and the level of service she provided was stellar. She not only checked and serviced the boiler but all house thermostats were confirmed operational and she confirmed the pressure tanks for water supply were at recommended settings and serviceable. Prior to leaving Deana briefed me on everything she did. Great job!!!

  Ronoldcame and checked my central air unit he checked it and said there was no Freon. Also the condenser is going out. Now I have to get a new unit or get window units. At least now I know not to waste anymore money on the old unit. He was honest and straight up. Ron old is a great guy and service tech . Thank You !!

  Jared from Bovard/ Haller Enterprises provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, clearly explained his findings, and made sure the job was completed with great attention to detail. What truly sets Jared apart is that during a previous service visit, he discovered a dangerous carbon monoxide (CO) leak that could have turned into a serious medical emergency for my family. His diligence, expertise, and commitment to safety likely prevented a very dangerous situation, and for that we are incredibly grateful. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and looking out for their customers. Jared consistently goes above and beyond, and his outstanding customer service gives us complete confidence every time he visits.
