- CLClyde LeahyApr 22, 20265.0Roy Lomas Carpets installed new carpeting throughout our second floor and stairs. My wife and I could not be happier with the result. Their price included: moving furniture, tearing out and disposing of the old carpet, and installing new padding and carpet. Lowes had the least expensive price of the four retail carpet places that we went to. Our sales person, Pattie, made shopping very easy. With the guesstimated amount of carpet needed she was able to give us a fairly accurate price. The price was less after they measured as we needed less carpet than anticipated. The installers cared for our home well, were efficient, and craftsman in their trade. They did an excellent job with minimal marks on our newly painted trim (which is to be expected).
- CMCole MartinMar 9, 20265.0I wouldn’t go anywhere else for flooring needs. I’ve used them for countless projects and will continue using them in the future. Ryan and his team provides outstanding customer service and very competitive pricing. Roy Lomas should be everyone’s go to for anything flooring related

- SMS M.Feb 18, 20251.0Did not coordinate well with THP builders on my brand new home. Incomplete pricing structures, mismatched flooring options, and poor communication. When I went to the showroom, I was treated like a child who couldn't afford anything and was treated like a woman who needed a man to make the decisions for me. I could have upgraded my floors while I was there in the showroom and in the middle of having my townhouse built however, after how I was treated I opted in for builder grade options and paid another company to come in and upgrade all of my flooring at a later date. Don't judge a book by it's cover, that's sales 101.
