  Adam lied about labor estimates and IT quadrupled replacement part. So sad such a venerable name brand service organization has succombed to a spirit of age rip off business model.

  Hvac installation 4/15/2026. The team (Nick H, Bobby D, James) were punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and ready to complete the job. The attention to detail was impeccable and the unit looks and runs great. A second day was needed to complete an add on that I requested. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the handling of the entire process and am confident of receiving A+ service in the future. I highly recommend their services.

  As a longtime resident of the area, IT Landis, and their excellent service professionals, whether tending to the maintenance of our well, it’s water purification system, replacing our hot water heater, or average run-of-the-mill, plumbing or electrical services, the work is always done professionally and as expected. The area is left just as it was when they’re finished, and whether it’s Dwayne or Alex or another individual, they are always respectful, courteous, and kind, giving particular consideration to my disability issues that sometimes interfere with the usual cordialities like greeting at the door or signing off on the repair. I can trust their work implicitly!

  We asked for an estimate to replace our water heater. They gave us two quotes - one for $5719 and the other for $5084. I always expect some mark up for parts and labor but the estimates IT Landes gave are flat out price gouging. Frist, the water heater itself retail costs around $1000. IT Landes wanted to charge me $2567. Second, IT Landes quoted the drain pan at $207. The same drain pan at Home Depot is $25. Next, they wanted to charge me $700 for two valve pro presses. The same product at Walmart is $41.90. Also, they quoted installing a temporary floostop at $543. Same product at Walmart is $200. Next, they quoted repairing a pipe (which didn't need any repair) for $708. Lastly, and this is the kicker, $99 for every half hour that IT Landes was doing the work which likely would have been 3-4 hours. Thankfully, I called Home Depot installation services. They did the job for $2000. Home Depot Installation Services are licensed, had great reviews and I received a 6 year warranty on parts and 10 years on their labor. No repairs or replacements of any of the items quoted by IT Landes were necessary. I find all these good reviews about IT Landes Home Services very suspicious because their YELP reviews are very low. They may have paid people to give good reviews. Quote photos attached.

  IT Landes installed a new HVAC system for me…both the furnace and AC. I also had them install a steam humidifier. I wouldn’t use anyone else. From the front office to sales to the technicians and management, they are total professionals. They do great work and go to great lengths to make sure that you’re satisfied. I am very very happy with IT Landes and I’d highly recommend to anyone needing anything related to HVAC systems.
