- APAmy Pershpalaj1 day ago1.0Pricing Games & wasted time - look elsewhere. We had an unfortunate experience with this local family owned company, specifically with Randy. He dragged out the process by giving us dishonest, constantly shifting, and heavily inflated quotes that completely wasted our time. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch pricing game instead of transparent customer service. After getting the runaround here for weeks, we went to another local busines. Within a single week, the competitor measured my basement, gave me a fair, straightforward estimate and we happily made the purchase. Skip Bergey & Sons, and save yourself the headache. Randy and his team made it completely impossible for us to trust them and they wasted weeks of our time.

- TCTerry CarpenterFeb 3, 20235.0I had vinyl planking installed last week in 2 rooms. I had friends ask me why I didn't go with a big box store for my floors. The answer is that the customer service at Bergeys is fantastic starting with when you first walk in the door through installation. We've used Bergeys for decades. Our installer, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic, respectful, trustworthy, and worked extremely hard. He cared about every single detail and the finished product is beautiful!
- RDRyan DoughertyOct 28, 20205.0We had our carpet and vinyl flooring replaced in our basement because of a water issue and A.W. Bergey and Sons did a FANTASTIC job! The installers Ryan and Kevin were awesome! And they were able to get the work done in time for our sons birthday party which I know wasn't easy balancing their work schedule. I'd recommend anyone who has a flooring project reach out to Bergeys!!! They'll take care of you!
