  No air conditioning for 3 days because of storm. Keith came around 7:30 pm after a long day of repairs. He fixed the unit got it running and now dealing with him to replace a 24 year old unit. My first experience with them, got a referral from my neighbor. They kept their word and came and seem very trustworthy. Thank you again.

  My AC was making grumbling noises this morning and my usual AC guy has moved. After checking the reviews online, I tried strive. They had somebody here within 6 hours for which I was grateful and basically everything was okay just the heat. I have an old system and they explained what I would need to have done in the future but for now nothing needs to be done. I was charged a reasonable service call fee and look forward to using them in the future for regular maint

  Strive is responsive and professional. They tried to help us troubleshoot before requiring a service call. In the end, a tech came out to address the problem. Their quick response was much appreciated in the 90+ degree heat!!

  Keith, Reid, & Ollie worked hard to replace our heat pump. They didn’t just install the system, They made sure everything was updated and working efficiently in a tiny crawl space for hours! Aubree did a great job communicating everything appointment & financial related. We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs!

  Not only were they completely on time but they provided texts as to when the technician was on their way. Ollie was the name of the tech and he was simply fantastic and even diagnosed another potential issue before it becomes a big problem. He was personable and communicative. The price of the job was far less than anything that I had expected. I would highly recommend Strive for any of your home needs!
