  Prompt and excellent service. Have used Bixler for both HVAC and plumbing problems that were quickly and expertly resolved. Interactions with service tech’s just outstanding . Can’t say enough good things about this company.. Please keep up the great work.

  I suggest looking out for these guys. A couple reasons… 1. In October of 2025 they charged me $330 for the incorrect part for my air conditioner. They did not provide the correct part or refund the money. I had to ask again before the money was refunded in February of 2026. 2. Recently, I had them replace a well pump. First, they didn’t provide an estimate and then charged me $4600 for the job. Second, they sent 4 guys to do a 2 person job. I was here and watched 3 guys stand in my driveway while one guy worked. This resulted in $2600 labor charge. 3. They identified a leak somewhere in my system but couldn’t locate it. I was told I couldn’t do anything until the weather improved. A couple days later, I had someone else out that identified the leak in 10 minutes and repaired it. I can’t recommend using Bixler for plumbing services.

  Gentleman came out to check my problem and was very nice. He fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

  I was really conflicted on whether to write a 3 or 4 star review. The customer service is great and my problem was fixed, however there was a complication. Me and my wife bought our house the summer before last and our HVAC unit was heating fine. During the past fall we had our heat on pretty consistently every night and morning to keep our house at 72 degrees. We scheduled a cleaning for our unit from Bixler before winter. We had our heat on before the tech came and I turned it off when he arrived. The tech cleaned the unit and then our HVAC unit would not ignite and heat any longer. The tech had no idea what happened and went through multiple reasons of what was wrong and kept saying "I dont believe this for a bit" when I said it was odd that the unit worked fine for over a year and right before he came and then once cleaned it wouldnt work anymore. The tech even tested it before he went inside the unit to make sure it worked beforehand. All in all it was 3 hours of labor and a part that went bad that I paid for when the bill came. I just find it hard to believe and I honestly don't think the Tech "thinks" he did anything wrong... but chances are, in my opinion, that it was something the tech did. Hope my review was helpful. I tried to be unbiased and honest as possible.
