  We just had vinyl plank flooring installed last week and it has made such a difference in our kitchen/dining room. There are so many options at this store that it was hard to select the perfect one but we did. The staff was very helpful explaining the differences, and the discount for a cash purchase. The young men that did the installation were amazing and I would highly recommend them. They had a number of doorways and odd angles to work around, and they did it beautifully. East Coast Floor Service will be where we go for our next projects!

  Rebecca, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped show us different styles of flooring and kept with the color we wanted. Even went out of her way to show us a couple floors using the white desk to give us an idea on what our options would look like. 10/10 would recommend

  Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with East Coast Floor. I stopped in with just vaguest idea of what flooring I need for a medium size, full-home renovation. Becky patiently and expertly walked me through a variety of options, and I left the store having made a choice far more easily and efficiently than I would have dreamed thanks to her guidance. Worth the cross-state drive any day for this level of expertise and customer service.
