  If I could give a negative star rating I would give them -5. Joann is a horrible customer service representative. I feel like my mind has fallen into a black hole after talking to her on the phone. I am asking for a dumpster and saying take my money and then there is Joann.

  I am writing as a concerned resident of The Meadows at Heidelberg in Bernville, PA. Nester’s Sanitation has serviced our neighborhood for quite some time, and while we appreciate the consistency of pickup, the timing has become increasingly concerning. Previously, collections occurred around 6:00 a.m.; however, in recent months, pickup times have shifted earlier and now often begin as early as 3:00 a.m. This is highly disruptive for a residential community with closely spaced homes and many school-aged children. The noise associated with these early collections significantly impacts residents’ ability to rest. Additionally, it is somewhat concerning that these operations are occurring well before typical business hours, particularly given that the company’s office does not open until 9:00 a.m. This raises questions about scheduling practices and consideration for the community being serviced. I respectfully request that pickup times be adjusted to a more reasonable hour that better aligns with the needs of the neighborhood.   Nesters is by far the best trash removal service we've ever used. They have never missed a stop here, and I am impressed every week by how the employees set my trash bins back in a neat row with the lids closed. My former trash service loved to just give them a toss back into my yard so I definitely noticed and appreciate the neatness of Nesters!
