The ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. Sold us the wrong underlayment padding. After 6 weeks, finally got installation scheduled. The two people showed up two hours late. Awful awful awful installation. Floor started lifting. Corners weren’t measured and aligned properly. Opened service ticket. Another team came to inspect. They fixed the gross problems. Told us that the entire floor should be re-installed. That was 5 months ago. It has been the WORST customer experience. If they were the only flooring company around, I’d have dirt floors. 1 star is being overly generous of me. For your own sanity, go somewhere else. Updating Review: I received the “canned” and artificially generated response telling me to reach out to the customer service team. Well, I did. One week later, no response. No acknowledgment of my concerns. I’m not surprised.

Purchase flooring for Bruce at The South Greensburg location. Spent over $5,000, were promised flooring in under one month. The flooring never showed up. Call Bruce after the month was up. Told me two more weeks, after two weeks still no flooring. Turns out this flooring was discontinued; there was zero inventory in the United States at all. After we got to that point we were told that a shipment would come from China in three more months. Meanwhile, my project was well underway. Bruce is a liar and lumber liquidators doesn’t care about their customers. Once their customer service got involved they finally refunded my full amount after a month and a half of delays. If anyone’s looking for good flooring in the area, go to Stout’s in Youngwood they have plenty of options in stock ready to take home that day.
