  We are pleased with the water softener that Negley’s Water installed. The drinking water no longer has the chlorine smell. Jeremy Hoke came for the post installation inspection and assured us that all equipment is working properly.

  Top notch response to a water leak at the pump house well that supplies water to our 9 home owners. Evan came out and found the leak on Thursday and on Monday he and Steve completed the work in 6 hours. Drilled a new ditch line and replaced the corroded fixture. Their trouble shooting abilities and completed work were exceptional.

  Walker from Negley’s came out to diagnose our problem when the pump kept turning off. He determined that the pump was failing, but in the course of replacing the pump, it became obvious that the pipe also needed to be replaced. It was costly for us, but Walker first looked for every alternative to solve the problem. He was very thoughtful, courteous, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. For these reasons, I highly recommend Negley’s well and drilling division if you have issues that are beyond water treatment.

  They are asking about a service call I never received. They dug my well and did not bury my spigot below the frost line. I have called 2 years in a row, they gaslight me and nothing gets fixed. 2 years in a row my water has frozen and they have blown me off every time I have asked them to fix it. The last time the guy said something about sending me an estimate because they did not bury the line deep enough. They want me to pay twice for them to fix their shortcut. I do not recommend them. In my opinion, find another company as my personal experience has been once they got paid they were done with me.
