  Absolute worst service possible. I scheduled with Randy for a home inspection. He turned out to the manager and I guess the only tech who does inspections there. He walked around the house for barely over an hour while his assistant was doing all of the reading and at the end of the appointment was trying to leave without going over the inspection report with me. My husband and I had to go back and forth with him because he wasn’t intending on putting g lack of GFCI outlets in the kitchen because according to Randy, “We lived all these years without them so it’s not necessary to put them in unless you’re doing a remodel.” We also had to point out to him obvious water damage that he was attempting to chalk up as nothing. After having to consult with his “floor guy” he finally agreed that it was in fact water damage. After all of that, he stormed out without doing a roof inspection or setting up an appointment to pick up their Home Depot purchased radon detector. When I called the office to find out what was going on, the receptionist was completely clueless, I guess they were planning on trespassing to pick up the radon test. The nightmare doesn’t stop there, I had to call multiple times practically demand the report back so I could submit it to the agents in time AND AFTER ALL OF THAT they call me stating that “my check bounced due to insufficient funds” and now they want a new check with a $40 fee. I called my bank, they have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. I guess this is their way to get an extra buck at the end? Absolute atrocity. Oh and the cherry on top, their report was a Word document where half of the pictures were pasted in over the actual report. Good luck to any of their customers. They will need it.

  The technicians are quite knowledgeable and they are always prompt in responding to service requests. We have an older home and have used them for AC maintenance/repair, for furnace maintenance, hotter heater replacement (their emergency response was the best.) and for electrical work. In every case they were able to resolve the issue and when the problem was particularly complex and difficult to troubleshoot, they stayed with it until a solution was found and repairs completed. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Another outstanding/timely/consistent service by Randy and his team to fix my furnace that unfortunately failed on one of the coldest days. Been a customer for many years.
