  Cliff stopped by to do the annual spring HVAC inspection. My cooling system has been struggling the last few years when temperatures get into the 90s. Cliff found that capacitors on both the indoor blower motor and the outdoor condenser needed replacement. With the new ones were in place the unit is handling 90+ temperatures without a problem. Really appreciate Cliff for resolving this!!

  You know I still have a smile on my face... You usually don't experience this when your parting with money ! I called GEN3 for an estimate for repairing a faulty ceiling light that hadn't worked in years and replace it with a low profile fixture. I set up the appointment for the estimate and GEN3 kept me completely up to date thru text messages. The technician Karl Sparks showed ion a timely fashion and aske question on the problem and went right t6o work! Karl discovered that the wiring was nob and tube ! Karl carefully explained that it would be beneficial to bypass the nob and tube and run a new line from the fuse box to the new light and new switch explaining all the details and that there was another plus that if I had to and more receptacles or lights they could be run off that new line installed in the basement... Truly a plus I'm thinking about a porch light for my backdoor! Anyway to make a long story short I approved the new estimate and Karl said he could do the job right away! I said that's great and he started work right away about an hour or so into the work Karl said he was calling in a 2nd Tech... Enters Gordon Coleman ! What a team these guys are the greatest... I mean beautiful clean Cut the smallest holes possible in the plaster to fish the wires up thru the wall and the ceiling truly artist... what great work! I will call GEN3 any time I need electrical work done and specifically aske for Karl and Gordon... they are the Greatest! The light looks beautiful and all hole were nicely patched! They even pulled out a piece of plaster that I can take to Lowes to get a small amount of paint mixed to match what is on the walls ! I'm still smiling! Thanks to all involved... RM

  Rome and his partner did a fantastic job and left my house spotless after. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also thank you to Jeff for also answering questions, communicating promptly and his support throughout the process. Great experience.
