  Just had some plumbing work done by Jeff Linden from Dierolf plumbing, he did an excellent job on the plumbing work and it was up to code. He is very kind and knowledgeable person if I ever need plumbing work done again I'm calling him. Thanks

  I had a poor experience with Dierolf almost entirely across the board. The intent was to slowly modernize our home's out of date systems after moving in about a year ago, so we wanted an expert opinion on how to proceed with our water troubles. The scheduling to get someone out to test water and provide an initial recommendation was quick, straightforward, and they were punctual which was appreciated. Unfortunately, everything from there was downhill. The test results were from hand titrations instead of a tabletop analyzer and their recommendations afterwards were inconsistent with 2nd and 3rd opinions given from other sources which agreed with each other. The primary inconsistency being their claim that we needed a water softener despite our hardness being 1.8 grains per gallon (exceptionally soft). This also includes them missing that my primary pressure tank setup was both undersized and needed to be replaced due to degredation. During the initial discussion with their sales rep, I had requested several clarifying details on how the recommended equipment worked, and they said that someone would call me back early the following week to answer any questions I may have. This follow-up phone call never happened. They charged for nitrate and bacteria testing where other companies do not. The results for the last 2 tests were not communicated in the timeframe that was discussed, and it took multiple phone calls to their office to get a clear answer on when the results would actually be completed/sent over. Once the results finally made it to my inbox, I did not get a call from the sales rep to discuss options on how to move forward until more than 2 weeks after the results were in. At which point, I was already fed up and went with another company. Really a shame given the reviews and supposedly strong track record this company has. Hopefully others have a better experience than I did. Lehigh Valley Water Systems was a breeze, I highly recommend their services instead if you're on the fence.

  Exceptional Service! I had an amazing experience with Dierolf Plumbing and Water Treatment, again! I was dealing with a ManaBloc leakage issue and Jon went totally above and beyond to get everything sorted out. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he fix the leak, but he also introduced me to their water softener solution program to help protect my home moving forward. Will consider to apply for that in the future. Jon made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and he cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. The customer service from this company is top-notch. I will definitely recommend Dierolf Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumbing company in the future!

  Our technician Noah took care or our Reverse Osmosis system that was a bit more problematic than what we expected. He was a complete professional throughout the process and we are back up and running again. Thanks Noah & the Dierolf team!

  My husband and I needed service on our well, the tank was running constantly. We scheduled an appointment with a 2 hour window for arrival. My husband had to take off of work that day because the technician would need access to the basement. Dierolf sent us a reminder text the night before appt, which relieved my husband that he wasn't taking a day off for no reason. Day of the appointment our technician Jeff arrived on time. Jeff is a great communicator in that he listened to us, as well as explaining to us. He was very polite and a good humored fellow. When Jeff encountered the problem, that our pipe that led from well to house, was rotted and could quite possibly require replacing. Luckily Jeff thought outside of the box and with some "Magiver actions" figured out a way. That quick thinking saved us what could have been a thousand or 2 extra in total costs. Jeff was here for a total of 6 hours. What stands out to me, besides his knowledge and work ethics, was his friendliness to take time to let my eager Shih Tzu mix, Willie, give him a "nosey kiss"! It absolutely made Willie's day. Jeff made mine and my husband's day as well. Our well was fixed and we made a new friend. Thank you so much Jeff!! I thoroughly recommend Dierolf to everyone looking for well services. They even tested our water for free and emailed me estimates, that I was curious about concerning water filtration. At the end of our time together, we were presented with a bill that was exactly what our estimate was! After 6 hours, I have to admit, I was a bit worried. But Dierolf was a company of their word. They have my trust. I only wish I'd have taken a picture of Willie giving Jeff the nose kiss! PS when Jeff left, I couldn't even tell he was ever there. Cleaned up all mess.
