  Colin and crew did an amazing job. As always, the project had more than its fair share of issues. Colin and his crew kept at it, worked through the unexpected problems, and finished the job to perfection. All with a smile and great disposition. Any plumbing or water system needs we may have in the future, we will not hesitate to call Dierolf. They are AWESOME!

  Called them for an estimate, arrived early, very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave sound advice, offered several ideas for treating our water, suggested one that took advantage of our existing equipment and just an addition to address a new water problem. Very happy with this and placed an order.

  Had a water softener installed. Very happy with the process. Talked through everything with a rep who answered any questions and was not pushy. Scheduling was seemless. The install went great with Noah G. The whole team seemed honest, and we will certainly return for any plumbing and water treatment needs in the future.

  Top notch service. 5 starts all the way.. Had a leaky water tank replaced. The Tech "Jon" was amazing....very knowledgeable. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He came to give me an estimate and installed the water tank that day. Was considerate by laying down protective covering on the floor so clean up was easy. Highly recommend Dierolf and will be using them in the future. I give them 5 stars. Fran Martin

  Collin was great! He went over all the details of our new water softener and answered all of our questions. Both John and Collin were very thorough. They each checked each others work to make sure nothing was missed. I could tell that there was a team approach that was very amiable. The best part is we love our new soft water! Everything rinses of so easily. Less soap and shampoo is needed.And our sinks and counters are gleaming with no more water spots. The hard water stains and build up are gone. The water filter and mineralization at the sink was worth it. The water tastes so good, no more buying water in plastic bottles. Thanks also to our salesman Craig. He was very pleasant to work with. We had several estimates. By far he was the most patient, friendly and informative. Thanks for changing our home for the better!
