We’ve already had to have something repaired, but they did come right away to make the repair. The customer service is good, but after doing further research, we found that your company was more expensive than other competitors and we wish we would’ve maybe waited for a while before we made a decision to go with you

When deciding on converting from a bathtub to a walk in shower we thoroughly investigated the options including having a general contractor in the mix. Our criteria was quality, having the job done right and the reputation of the product and installer. After looking at the options the Kohler/Luxstone was superior to all the others in all those areas. The sales representative was fully prepared and the presentation professional, organized and laid out all the expectations of what the insulation would entail. The product samples matched up to the online information and it was good to see what the other competitors products were like. There were no heavy sell or pressure tactics, just straight forward information. The installers were on time, very experienced, professional and communicative. The installers did not rush, took their time and when it was all done showed us all the features and cleaned up the entire area including taking all the demoed materials with them. The finished shower exceeded our expectations as it truly looks like the pictures you see on their Website. This is a company that actually stands behind what they say, executes as promised and have followed up with us to see if we are happy with everything and could they be doing anything better. If we had another bathroom to convert, we would not look any further than here to have it done.

**Please beware, read the fine print!!** I was sold a bathroom job from this company that was interesting and payment deferred for 14 months. After the job was completed I started receiving request for payments. Thinking this was a mistake I called Hoome Smart Industries. No one returned my numerouse phone calls. Two months later, after calling the loan company that Home smart Industries uses, I was told that It was only deferred interested and I needed to make monthly payments. Unfortunately, at this time my credit was affected and my credit dropped 90 points overnight. I've neveer been late on any payment in 10 years. This was a classic case of "bait and switch". The loan officer I spoke to stated that this happens all the time so the sales person secures the sale! I regret ever using this company!
