  I am writing to formally address the severe issues regarding the closet installation project managed by Dan Dreyer, Rahma Osman, and Eric. The project, which was scheduled for completion in November 2025, remains unfinished, and the work provided thus far deviates entirely from our agreed-upon designs. Specifically, the cabinet sizes provided by Dan were incorrect. Although he marked the floor with blue painter's tape to ensure our tile installers could create a centered runway effect, Closet America built the cabinets too large. As a result, the tile runway is no longer centered, and the ceiling lights are now covered by the oversized cabinets. Furthermore, the crown molding we paid for could not be installed because it would have completely obstructed the remaining light fixtures. Additionally, 21 drawers and 30 partitions were manufactured in the wrong sizes. Although Closet America was scheduled to return and reinstall the correct components, the team failed to show up, leaving the project incomplete for over six months. Despite the unfinished state of the installation, I have recently received court documentation indicating that Closet America is suing for the remaining balance. I have kept comprehensive documentation, including photographs of the incorrect installation, as well as text messages and emails from management acknowledging these systemic issues. I expect immediate communication from a senior representative to resolve this matter and outline how Closet America intends to correct these errors and complete the job.

  We just had a major closet organization system installed in our master bedroom and could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Our sales rep, Kat, was an incredible brand ambassador and an invaluable resource. She provided top-tier customer service and was patient with us as we worked to get every detail 'just right.’ A huge thank you also goes to Andrew, our installer. He handled everything from the final measurements to the actual installation. Andrew is polite, meticulous, and incredibly fast. If he isn't already leading an install team or running his own franchise, he certainly should be! If you're looking to organize a space in your home, I highly recommend Closet America PA
