  They diagnosed an old/faulty dishwasher, but I was surprised they didn’t go into the basement to see the leak. I’m also wondering if this was connected to the leak they came to fix last month, which I was told was caused by a plugged garbage disposal. If this had been identified then, I wouldn’t have needed this additional service call.

  We had leak in the basement, and called Horn. Anthony was fantastic! Not only he found the issue with clog pipe on the AC unit and fixed it, he also provided solutions to prevent the same issues happening in the future. We've been a satisfied customer for many years. Thank you Anthony and Horn!

  Bill did a great job organizing the work, answered my questions, was very professional as was the entire team. Replaced my water line, and overcame a surprise, and still got a the job done on time. The teams experience was very evident. I highly recommend them for this type of work.
