Mike Liebel and his colleagues were respectful, consummate professionals and exceeded our expectations. The clear communication that Mike was on his way, complete with photo identification, was much appreciated. Ryan Kaday was another employee who arrived. My apologies for not recalling the names of the others, but it is important to note that every employee was courteous, professional, diligent, and highly skilled. We were grateful for their thoughtful use of drop cloths and shoe covers to protect our floors. Once installation was complete, Mike provided clear explanations and information about the thermostat and furnace. The sense of dread we felt with needing to replace a furnace, with the uncertainty of the cost and the process, was quickly replaced with the complete satisfaction that we chose the right company. We appreciate the expert installation, fair pricing, and having an efficient new furnace with gleaming duct-work. Job well done.
