The customer service was helpful and friendly. I was indecisive but the team was patient and remembered the details of our conversation from the previous visit. I was very impressed! The install was quick and efficient as well! I had multiple quotes done and based on quote and customer service Nolt’s was the way to go. Plus the summer special allowed me to get a nicer carpet than I had originally planned on. The space looks and feels so much better! I’d highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company if you want good and friendly service, professional flooring installment and reasonable prices. I went to the Ephrata store. My salesman was very knowledgeable and led me in the right direction as far as choosing a wood laminate floor. Caleb did a great job running the show . I had my kitchen, living room and hall done in a Mohawk laminate that looks like real hardwood! I absolutely love it. Ivan installed it and did a wonderful job! Everything went so perfectly!

Nolt’s found the deep purple flooring we wanted at a great price. Installation was expertly finished while we were away on vacation. Came home to a beautiful new floor!

Highly recommend! Nolt’s recently completed a fairly large project for us. This was our first time working with them and they provided excellent service during each phase of our project. From selection to estimate/pricing to installation they were fair, responsive and a great partner. Very satisfied with the quality of our new flooring and the installation.

The fourth time I use them overall great experience really good workmanship really good customer service and I would use them again. Just a few things that are small like vacuum cleaner didn’t work so they couldn’t vacuum up the stuff. and took a door pin off and misplaced it but again overall I would use them again an UPDATE the owner called me and apologized and was willing to come Replace the pin and vacuum the floor the following day and gave me a gift card again can’t express how happy I am with the workmanship and the customer service. I highly recommend using there service.
