  My yard waste has been sitting on the curb for over a week now and they haven’t picked it up. I called and they told em to call the borough but the borough tells me is Goods who picks it up… idk 🤷 I may have to take it somewhere myself.

  They don't seem interested in making any business! Called on 2 different occations regarding a dumpster....they always said that they'd get back to me but never did

  Really wish our borough didn’t force us to pay these people for a service they routinely fail to provide. They consistently leave bins so we can’t throw away any extra trash until next pick up day. I didn’t have my trash out because I didn’t want the rain to weigh it down and they came early the other day so I quickly pull my bins out as they pull to my neighbors house, they look at me and kept going. I hoped they would get it on the way out of my coulda sack since they have to pass my house again and they drove right past looking at me. They are the worst trash service I have ever dealt with, really miss cauler, those guys did the job right. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t cross my mind every time they fail to do their jobs to pull up to their offices and dump my trash bins on their doorstep or driveway!!

  Terrible customer service. We have owned our house for 10 months and have probably had 10 different instances of them not picking up either recycling or trash. One instance being them not picking up our trash for 5 days. After calling and talking to multiple people, it was the same thing every day “they’re picking it up this afternoon.” If you can help it, find an other company to use.

  Having the worst experience with Goods (we were Gamby's customers). I NEVER write reviews but its been months of calling nearly every week telling the office our trash either wasn't picked up or ONE BAG was removed. Got better after we called for literally 2 weeks straight and finally got it picked up and then not 3 weeks later the same issue starts all over again. Our neighbors across the street get it picked up every week with no issues. Im paying for getting zero trash removed.
