  They have left the same trash in my trash can 2 weeks in a row. I called them and left a voicemail to let them know. They ignored me. They overcharge for any bulk pickup. They are awful. Avoid.

  We currently have our trash services through Good's Disposal. Our company was solicited by Deihm's disposal for transfer of our trash services. We called Good's to see if they would match the rates quoted by Deihm's. I spoke with a super kind and helpful sales rep by the name of Colin. Colin was able to review our account and adjust our prices. Thank you Colin for your prompt response and your professionalism! We look forward to continuing our business relationship with Good's Disposal!

  We've been customers for years. Our business is very seasonal and they have been accommodating to meet our needs. Fred has been exceptional with customer service! He's been prompt to respond, responds professionally and makes every attempt to please his customers. I say that in plural as I know other customer accounts he works with. Goods are not the cheapest refuse serice company, but they handle our account exceptionally well. Thanks Fred and company!

  The 3rd week now I had to call as they did not pick up garbage or recyclables.She said she'd put me on the list for pickup it's 6:00 and garbage and recyclables are still out front..So dissatisfied! Had weidles for over 30 yrs .No problems now here we are .
