  Kozi Construction just finished our sun room. I couldn't have asked for a better construction company to work with. Their price was reasonable and we very happy with job they did,from start to finish. Any one looking for getting any remodeling work.Highly recommend them for their workmanship and all the guys working there,are great to work with. Our next project will be done by Kozi because of their workmanship and ability to work together. A ten star rating for sure!

  I had a very positive experience with Kozi. From the time I placed my initial call I was impressed with the level of professionalism in which they run their business. The quality of work is high and while there was one particular thing I wasn't happy with, they remediated it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just around coordination and communication of the project. There were a few times that work was delayed because communication wasn't entirely robust. It's reflective of a business that is growing at a very high rate. My recommendation is for them to have one single point of contact between the customer and Kozi, with a daily check-in at the end of the day. I love my bathroom, my laundry room, and my new front door. I recently received a quote for my next renovation project and plan to work with Kozi again.

  Kozi just completed our above garage addition, which consisted of a bedroom-bathroom suite and walk-in closet. We cannot say enough about the entire experience. From the moment Andy arrived to see what we wanted to do and give us a quote to handing Florenzo the final check, the entire crew was thoughtful, attentive, helpful and responsive. Kozi took care of everything including setting us up with an architect to work with and draft the plans and later in the project an interior designer to expertly guide our vision as we decided on bathroom tiles and shower walls. This in particular was a huge stress relief as Kozi coordinated and scheduled the meeting making it hassle-free for me and my wife. We were able to confidently decide on everything in about an hour. Had we picked out everything on our own, who knows how long it would have taken and we would have kept second guessing our decisions. A project of this scale always comes with its hiccups, but Kozi smoothly and quickly handled any curveballs along the way. Weather slightly delayed the beginning of the project, but once conditions were right we couldn’t believe how quickly Kozi moved on the project. Whenever Victor was on site, he’d be sure to check in and give us updates. As the project progressed Shenoll often stopped to see how things were going and answer any questions we had. He often made us feel like we were their only customer, when I know that was certainly not the case. Forti was great throughout as well, listening to any concerns we had and even came out late one night to address something and make sure there weren’t any issues until the crew arrived again the next day. And of course, there’s Florenzo. I’m sure he was sick of seeing my email address or phone number pop up, but he helped us choose cabinets, shower style, faucets, etc., kept us posted on the status of the project, relayed all our concerns to the appropriate parties and tried to get us answers as quickly as possible. I know I’m leaving people out, but everyone I mentioned, as well as each of the individual crew members working at our home throughout the project, were professional and friendly. My wife gave birth to our third child during the project and Kozi even sent balloons, a fruit basket and teddy bear. They seemed to genuinely care about not just the project, but us as customers. Just a completely enjoyable experience from start to finish. We highly recommend them for any project. They’re transparent with their pricing/profit model and when they gave us the quote, they told us they can work within our budget. I know next time we need work done, Kozi will be our first call.
