  We couldn’t be happier with our finished basement. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations.   We had representatives from several roofing companies come by, and they spent about an hour explaining just how complicated everything was. But these guys simply showed up and got the job done—professionally and neatly—including lifting and servicing four skylights and replacing the plywood. We highly recommend them: they come in and ensure you’re completely satisfied. We’re thrilled! Thanks, Tyler! We’re grateful to you and your team👏👍🤝

  We did a master bath remodel, kitchen upgrades, tankless water system and water filtration system installation all with Kozi Contracting and overall were very happy with the results. The workers were very neat and conscientious which we appreciated as our projects stretched over several months. Our experience working with Gio, Florenzo and their teams made the process easier. They were extremely responsive to our questions and small issues were handled in a timely and professional manner. We plan to use them for future projects!

  Kozi Construction just finished our sun room. I couldn't have asked for a better construction company to work with. Their price was reasonable and we very happy with job they did,from start to finish. Any one looking for getting any remodeling work.Highly recommend them for their workmanship and all the guys working there,are great to work with. Our next project will be done by Kozi because of their workmanship and ability to work together. A ten star rating for sure!
