- JCJennifer CAug 9, 20261.0No follow through. Had come to house for an inspection of chimney and stove. Nothing was completed as far as a cleaning or full inspection stating the chimney was deteriorating too much. Stated a quote would be sent and never received one but while at the house threw out an estimate of $12k. I have no interest in contacting a company back if they clearly don't want my business. Second company we called did a thorough inspection sending a camera up and cleaning. Full chimney and stove replacement is needed totaling $9k which will be done before the stove is needed this year. I simply don't appreciate the wasted time and waiting for something that never is going to be sent. The work seems great from other reviews but always shop around. $3k is a big difference.

Mario gave us a very reasonable price for a set of Velux replacements, and Bruce himself came out with his crew to do the replacement - two skylights and the associated flashing and roof shingles replaced in less than 4 hours on a steep chalet roof! Great job, friendly crew, clean work, and really nice windows!
