  We were having water problems with our water line backing up in our basement. We contacted Lancaster Plumbing and Heating in the morning and Mike came first thing in the afternoon. Mike was very personable, friendly and professional. He checked our clogged drain, explained what he felt was our problem and was able to clear the water in our basement. We now know who we’ll call with any further drainage problems. Thanks, Mike!

  Nick and Matt were on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions during my plumbing inspection (recently purchased the home had to go with no contingencies to buy). Nick patiently explained everything without talking down to me or mansplaining. I asked for estimates for a few things and Nick walked me through all the options for each item, was very transparent about the pros and cons of each, and at my request was happy to prioritize my list of repairs/updates .

  Garrick was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, explained everything having to do with my AC system which needed a complete overhaul. Though no one likes to receive a major bill, the attention to his work being here about 9 hours, the clean up, and the promptness responding to the problem was well worth it. You can’t beat sound, reliable service. Lancaster Cooling did that for me.

  Had Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical come several times to my house to replace things in the past like water heater, toilet, sink, etc... Did a good job each time for a reasonable price. The workers were always nice and easy to work with. This last time was no different. Had them do an electrical inspection and had them replace one old electrical outlet in my living room that was not working because of a loose or broken wire. Had the breaker turned off for many months until I had them fix it. Now it works. Very pleased with the work they did and the price.

  I’ve had a consistently great experience with Lancaster Plumbing & Heating. The technicians are always friendly, professional, courteous, and punctual. I especially appreciate the appointment reminders and text confirming when the technician is on the way. We also have the Service Partner Plan, which helps catch potential problems before they become emergencies and keeps our HVAC systems running smoothly and efficiently.
