  I was lucky to get JA Property Fencing to install a replacement fence and a new section of fencing through Superior Fence & Rail Co. Juan and his team were easy to work with and the team was very aware of their surroundings when completing the install. The team worked hard every day and took a quick break to eat. Every day they worked until late afternoon and were ready in the morning to continue. The project was a 3 day project and I am happy with the results. I feel like I have a brand new yard and I smile every time I go outside. If you are looking for a new fence or replacement fence, JA Property Fencing is the company to call.

  11 years ago, my vinyl fence was installed incorrectly. It leaned back and forth and the gate no longer swung freely. Mike came out and had an estimate done quickly. Juan was easy to communicate with and both he and his crew were clearly knowledgeable and experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend JA Property Fencing to anyone! First 3 pictures are of the original fence, and the 2nd 3 pictures are of the fixed fence.

  "J A Property Fencing Inc. did a fantastic job installing my new black aluminum Stradford-style fence. The final result looks awesome, and the product quality is excellent. Juan, the owner, is amazing—he maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process and was incredibly helpful in providing all the documents needed to secure permits from both the HOA and the county.The installation is rock solid, featuring an 8' double gate with a continuous arch, a 4' arched single gate, a 4' single gate, and flat caps—all with posts set securely in concrete. I have been so impressed with their craftsmanship that I’ve already recommended them to several neighbors in my community, and they have since completed installations for them as well. I highly recommend Juan and J A Property Fencing for any of your fencing needs!"

  I had an absolutely excellent experience working with JA Property Fencing Inc.! Juan, Mike, and the entire team did a phenomenal job replacing my old chain-link fence with a cost-effective 6' PVC solid privacy fence. The quality of the installation is top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with the end results. Their customer service and attention to detail are unmatched. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional fence installation. Once our pool is completed, I look forward to having them back to complete the fencing along the back.   I couldn't believe how hard it was to find someone to install a double gate in an existing fence. I called around to get some estimates but most places didn't call me back or said they didn't do jobs that small. Then I found JA Property Fencing who was all too happy to take on my project. Mike, the sales manager provided great customer service, keeping me informed from the time of the estimate until the start date. Juan and his crew did an amazing job, both with the install and cleaning up after themselves. My landscaper was so happy that he didn't have to use the push mower in my yard anymore, even he thanked them. I would highly recommend this company for all of your fencing needs.
