  These guys do a great job of 'keeping my lights on' -- literally! I feel comfortable knowing that my generator is running in top condition and ready for action when the lights go out - and the heat and the A/C and the water, etc, etc.

  We recently moved in our new home in 2025 and was in search for a company to maintain our Generac 20kW. I did research and based on their website information I thought I’d give them a try. The technician was on time, reliable and knowledgeable. We felt confident and satisfied with the service that we continued to renew our service contract with Power Watch - In addition , the tech cleaned the unit and made it look as good as new!!! Very satisfied with his/their service and would strongly recommend them. A McClinton

  Power Watch Systems did the annual maintenance on our generator yesterday, August 20. Sean, the technician, acted carefully and efficiently and explained precisely what he was doing. In my experience, this company is extremely well run, honorable, and responsive.

  Brian did an excellent job researching the cycling problem with our generator. He did a detailed analysis to identify and confirm the root cause. The first fix worked for a while then he returned with a more complete fix the resolved the issue.
