  This was our first maintenance experience with Power Watch. They recently purchased the company with whom we purchased our Generac whole house generator ten years ago. The first scheduled maintenance service went well and I have no reason to suspect it will be any different in the future. Their maintenance and monitoring service agreement is a little more expensive than our previous company, but not outrageous.

  Maintenance appointment was on-time, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Issues were resolved quickly and I am confident of my generators performance going into the winter storm season.

  The technician was knowledgeable and personable. Preformed the maintenance service without a hitch. He tightened valves that apparently were not addressed in the past with former co, he cleaned up oil dribs and installed a new battery. Great service!

  I'm so happy that I found this company to handle my care and maintenance. I have been with them a couple years. My initial contact was with Jen who was kind, knowledgeable and accomondating. Since then I have enjoyed pleasant contact with staff whenever the need arises. However, today I met the maintenance technician Joe D. What a wonderful gentlemen! Same qualities, kind, professional and very, very pleasant and a smile to match. To all of you "Thank You."
