  TLC has been excellent during my time of need when I had water damage. From the initial interaction with Tom who took care of the entire process made me feel at ease and endured our comfort every step of the way. The folks who came to do the restoration work were simply awesome. Carlos and his crew took their time ensured everything was done safely and cleanly and knowing I had a child at home they made sure everything was spotless before they left. I hope I never have to call a restoration company again but if I do I won't hesitate to call TLC.

  Thorough, and always available to talk when I had an issue. They did a great job restoring my kitchen ceiling when a leak I had that was unseen to the eye. Tom was always available to talk and answered all questions I had honestly. Happy with my service!

  Had a leak in my upstairs shower that traveled to my living room. Tom at TLC came out assessed the damage and Carlos & Shawn got to work on removing the issues the next day! These guys are amazing! Very knowledgeable, efficient and customer focused! Can’t say enough about them

  Had a water leak from 2nd floor into the kitchen and basement. The team was able to address that day. Tom walked through the issues, performed the inspection and documented the extent of the issue. Sean Carlos and the team removed the damaged drywall, set up dehumidifier, fans and sprayed for mold prevention. Throughout the process, the teams walked through the process and documented the water readings and findings. The team eas great at setting up plastic to avoid getting drywall dust all over the kitchen. They assisted with working with the insurance company to avoid any headaches. They made a potentially headache of a problem very trouble free and greatly reduced the stress of getting everything cleaned up and fixed.

  We had a great experience with TLC. They responded quickly and were always on time for every visit. Their team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. One of the biggest helps was how they guided us through dealing with the insurance company. They explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what to expect at each step. The quality of their work was great, and they took the time to walk us through what needed to happen next so there were no surprises. Overall, they made a difficult situation much smoother, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.
