  I thought that going with a well known company would be a smart move as a first time homebuyer in need of their own township U&O inspection. However, TLC had terrible service, was not accommodating at all and quoted us over $12,000 worth of work. Our first mistake was disclosing to them we were first time homebuyers. After that point they lacked communication and gave us two expensive options 1. 8k to jet the line or 2. 12,500 to fully replace. Otherwise they refused to sign the u&o and almost left us unable to complete our purchase. The home has had a single owner who has reported NO sewer issues, and they are still living in the home, using the toilet everyday. But TLC says “it might be contaminating groundwater” 12k over a MAYBE? They took almost a full week to get back to us with the horrible news and did not even send us the videos of the inspection until I explicitly requested them. We had a second opinion come out who scoped the line and told us these big companies just want to replace all cast iron even if it is working. I understand at some point we will need to upgrade and have the work done, but it wasn’t clear why they thought we would need it done to even pass inspection. Ultimately we paid less than $500 for a cleaning and we passed U&O perfectly, the toilet works, there are no issues. TLC was just looking to get a check out of us assuming we wouldn’t know any better. I would not recommend their company to anyone, especially if you are new to homeownership. Look for honest, small business professionals who actually care about their customers.

  I had an outstanding experience with TLC. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and professionally diagnosed the problem. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. My drain was completely cleared, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The pricing was awesome, and there were no surprise charges.   Can't thank this company enough they were prompt honest answered my call after hours... was there first thing in the morning a complete awesome fair price I would never use a different company. I struggled for the last two weeks trying to get this done. They had it completed within 12 hours of my call! I tried with 10 other local companies no comparison! Perfect 10

  Highly recommend TLC Drain & Sewer! They did a fantastic job with my Sewer Lateral Certification. The scheduling was incredibly smooth, communication was clear, and they explained pricing upfront. The technician was highly professional, efficient, and took great care of the site. Top-notch service from start to finish. 5 stars all the way!
