  Kristin is very easy to work with. Covers everything in detail. The installation crew was quick, polite and very clean. All reasons why we brought them back to replace the last few windows.

  Ryan had come over to look at windows we wanted replaced. He explained everything clearly that will be involved and gave a demonstration on how renewal by Anderson windows will look and act once installed. This made the decision easy knowing that these new windows were going to be very energy efficient. Ryan was very transparent with everything which made it so we knew nothing else was going to sneak up with extra charges the price we got is all inclusive and right infront of our face. This made it easy knowing there would be no additional charges added as well.

  Kristen Wray gave us a very pleasant, and professional presentation of your product. She never gave a hard sell of any kind but instead, pointed out the insufficiency of our current windows and demonstrated the advantages of installing your Anderson windows. On top of all that, she put up with two friendly but nosey Corgis, and one other friendly but smelly old Corgi mix. It was a pleasure having Kristen in our home.   Received a pleasant solicitation from an RbA door to door rep and agreed to a sales presentation the following day. Ryan arrived promptly and demonstrated a thorough familiarity of RbA products. He was pleasant and relaxed throughout the visit to our home. He answered all of our questions, even advising us that RbA products were more expensive than some competitors. He showed no disappointment when we declined and left on friendly terms. We reconsidered the proposal after he left and called him. He was only a short distance away and returned. We signed the contract, finished the door measurements and are now looking forward to installation!

  It’s hard to believe that such misogynistic and discriminatory practices can continue to persist in a company that claims to be “service focused”. If somebody is going to spend 50 grand on $78 worth of windows, you would think any reasonable person would be willing to “measure” their house and act busy for an hour pretending to use a tape measurer. In the end, if they need a remeasure, it’s not going to hurt your company to give a 19 year old $24 worth of minimum wage. Denying somebody a consultation because their husband is unable to attend is not only poor business practice, but so 1910. If we are going to price windows like we are in the year 2500, it may be a good idea not to treat our customers like they are from the Great Depression. Your predjudice did nothing but lose you a sale. Good work 😊
