- MHMalori HoakApr 24, 20265.0I called at 445 about my sewage backing up and I assumed they’d have to come the following day because of the time of day but they still showed up shortly after I called. Had to Come back the next day with the jetter because the snake wasn’t doing the trick, which was totally fine because of the time day. They stayed in contact and let me know what time they’d be coming. Thankfully they were able to fix the issue the following day with the jetter which was such a relief because I was WORRIED. They didn’t charge me for the first day of trying. I feel like chain companies would have charged for both days. Ken and his boys are very nice and professional and they get the job done. All 3 seem to have a high level of experience and knowledge.
