  After meeting with multiple exterior contractors for a job which included replacing over 20 windows, new siding, downspouts, gutters, fascia, etc, it quickly became obvious to me that North Point was the choice. It's very difficult to find a contractor who is honest, fair and easy to work with but the folks at North Point exceeded every expectation. Ashley was incredible to work with throughout the process from beginning to end, very communicative and helpful. The crew, led by Luis, were incredibly hard working and communicated any issue or consideration throughout the project life cycle. Ownership was also involved and wanted to ensure the project met or exceeded expectations. They do not cut corners and want to do the job once and correctly, which is exactly what you want in a contractor. I have already signed on for some roofing work and will be using these folks again in the spring for more. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Happy I found this company and we are thrilled with the results! Great job North Point!!!

  I worked with North Point Exteriors for over a year as they reached out to the Doylestown American Legion Post 210 to offer their help in repairing the 94 year old building that was built by WWI Veterans. Bottom line - the team of professionals were amazing to work with and their quality was top notch. They took so much pride in their workmanship! The owners could not of been more helpful from planning to execution and answered all our questions. In addition, they donated their labor cost to help keep our home viable to continue our mission to serve veterans and the community! I highly recommend North Point and Bravo Zulu (well done) for the outstanding work in support of our local veterans !!! Fair winds and following seas ! Thank you 🙏

  North Point was a pleasure to work with and we’re so happy we chose them. Being new to the state and away from people we can turn to for contractor referrals, we took a chance with Brian and his crew, and we’re so happy we did! The whole crew was talented, knowledgeable in the field, diligent, prompt, friendly, and honest. We will definitely call on them again for future work and we have told neighbors about them and will continue to do so. Thanks everyone at North Point for all of your hard work!

  I'm not normally a "leave a review" kind of guy, but I wanted to thank North Point for their fantastic work on our home! We first used North Point to repair a leak in our roof - it was a small job but they did great work (no more leak). Then in November of 2024, a tree fell on our house and busted up the roof pretty badly. Over the next 12 months, Brian and the team were incredibly responsive, patiently helped walk us through working with our insurance company (and - through multiple rounds of back-and-forth - how to do so in a way that wouldn't disadvantage us), and rebuilt our roof, front facade, interior, garage, and more. But we didn't just re-build; we took the opportunity to update the home, to change the look, and - in a few cases - do some things that North Point had never done before. With a "whatever you want" attitude, the team came through to install a new pivot front door, a Corten steel facade, and more. Brian, Louis, Mike, and the whole crew were professional, kind (especially when my 3 year old wanted to "help"), and did great work. If something wasn't just the way I wanted it to be, they came back and did it again until we were happy with the result. And we're still in touch as the work settles through different seasons; they just want to make things right and go the extra mile to do so. Maybe the best testimonial I can give is that I will continue to go back to North Point time and again to work with them as new projects come up. They've not only helped us rebuild our house, but they walked with us through a process that we had never done before as advocates and friends.

They exceeded our expectations at every stage of the project, and we would confidently choose them again. It was an exceptional exterior renovation experience from start to finish. Our project included a new roof, gutters, trim, siding, 2 skylights, a stone facade on our front porch, and even a custom pergola. The transformation is incredible, and what impressed us most was the combination of thoughtful design guidance, outstanding craftsmanship, clear communication, and excellent value throughout the entire process. What initially set NorthPoint apart was the design process. Ashley took the time to truly understand what we wanted and guided us through product and color selections without ever making us feel pressured. She felt more like a designer and trusted advisor than a salesperson. The ability to see renderings of our home before moving forward was invaluable and gave us confidence in our decisions. From the start, NorthPoint was professional, punctual, and productive during every meeting. They also came in with the most competitive pricing of all the companies we considered, and their 0% financing option was a game changer for our project. The owner routinely visited the job site to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and that we were happy with the work. Ashley remained our single point of contact throughout the entire project, making scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. The installation process was equally impressive. Our roof installation began in December, and the crew masterfully worked around multiple snowstorms to keep the project moving safely and efficiently. Throughout the entire process, the installation team was polite, respectful, and meticulous about cleaning up the job site every evening. Because of the harsh winter weather, the siding portion of the project took longer than originally planned, but NorthPoint never compromised on safety or quality. Luis runs an outstanding operation, and his craftsmanship shows in every detail. He also built a custom pergola in front of our garage that is absolutely stunning and adds an incredible wow factor to our home. At the end of the day, NorthPoint delivered exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and a beautiful finished product. Our home has become a true portfolio piece for their company, and we're fortunate enough to live in it and enjoy it every single day.
