  We recently wrapped up a kitchen remodel (2.5 months) and we are thrilled with the end result. LBK was able to create the vision that we had while making expert recommendations along the way. A kitchen is the heart of your home and can present quite the inconvenience when you are without, but LBK's communication at the outset and throughout the project made the process as smooth as could be. A couple individual shout-outs: A big thanks to Mike for such clear and transparent communication in earning our business and getting the project off the ground; to Tammie, for her expert eye for detail and willingness to go above and beyond to create our vision; to Rilwan, for his craftsmanship and jack-of-all-trades skillset; and to Lyndon, for bringing it all together as the project manager.   Highly recommend LBK Design Build. I used them for a hall bath and powder room renovation, and the final results of both rooms are exactly what I was hoping for! Having the design and build within the same company made for a seamless project, they handled everything! The team is so professional, communicative and dependable. I am so happy with the great work done, my new bathrooms are beautiful and I will be using LBK again for future projects. Shout-out Michael, Alyssa, Jose and Alex! What a rockstar team that made my experience so easy and stress free. Working with such great people was amazing - I really enjoyed the whole process. Meeting you guys with a few ideas of my own and then seeing it all come to life was incredible. Thanks again to this awesome team!!

  A simple review cannot express the amazing experience we had working with LBK on our whole home remodel. Our journey started with a referral from a friend and ended with a home that far exceeded our expectations. The LBK team is a wonderful group of people that are amazing at what they do and care deeply about satisfying their customers. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel!

  LBK recently completed two bathroom renovations in our home. From my first meeting to discuss the project with Michael Kern , I felt comfortable and confident hiring LBK to design and build the project. In the end, they exceeded my expectation. There is an overwhelming number of choices and decisions in planning a new bathroom. The selection process is made so easy because the designers listen to what you like and want, and then put together a palette of colors and styles in tile, countertops, sinks, faucets, tubs, and even lighting and accessories. Several meticulously selected options at different price points are presented. The designers do a great job making selections easy, fun, and within the home owner’s desired price range. Thank you, Ros! During the construction, we were continually advised of what would be happening each day. We knew what to expect. The work was always done on time and according to schedule. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and took pride in their excellent workmanship. José was assigned to be our project manager and he coordinated all of the work which was done without delay. He also personally supervised each day’s work. I can’t speak highly enough of the team who made our bathrooms happen. We are so happy with the outcome and even though home renovations can be stressful, working with LBK was stress free! I already issued to them a fair warning… we are coming back to do the kitchen next! If you are looking for any home renovation or building project, I highly recommend LBK.

  We could not be more pleased with our design/build experience with LBK! From the initial meeting right up until the end of project celebration, the experience was simply wonderful. We collaborated and were supported on the project by Mike, Julie, Victoria, Joe, Chris, Alex, Joanna, and Kameron. Each one, in their own way and in their respective role, contributed to the beautiful outcome of our kitchen/first floor remodel. We are thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen and would not hesitate for a moment to engage with LBK on future projects!
