  We got a quote for spray foam insulation of our attic. The gentleman that came was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We took three months to empty the space. They were patient. Once I gave the OK, they scheduled a start date, showed up prepared and completed the job in a timely fashion. Thank you Orr Industries!!

  They performed a job that was extremely difficult to access and were on the job earlier than expected and completed it in one day. spray foamed the underside of a low pitch roof that was leaking and giving us fits. very professional throughout. In fact, 2 weeks after they had sprayed over my office we had them come back and spray foam the remainder of the roof and end wall. Now, a few months later and through the heart of winter, we are thoroughly impressed with the product and workmanship. We surely saved a significant amount on our heating costs and will never have to worry about a leaking metal roof again.

  If you want cheap half-hearted work, they're your guys.... I hired them to enclose my crawl space beneath the house, and I was not impressed. They barely ran the plastic vapor barrier onto the wall, not up it. They didn't secure it to the wall with anchors or tape or anything. They spray foamed the seams of the platic instead of using tape, it looks bad and you have to be careful not to break it. They went OVER the water line with the main shutoff valve entering the house, and it took 3 weeks of repeatedly reaching out to them before they came to remedy it, and it was a sloppy remedy, too. This was also their second chance to clean up after themselves since they had to cut back some of the foam, and they left a bunch of scraps behind, but no, they still didn't clean their mess. They were considerably cheaper than the other 2 companies that came and gave me quotes, and now I know why.

  We are very pleased with the services Orr Industries provided. From the initial communication with sales rep Ryan, to the installation crew of Adam, Ervin and Marino. Communication was comprehensive, clear and prompt. The scope of work was clearly outlined and explained. The price was at fair market value. The installation crew arrived early each day, worked diligently, and at the conclusion of the job left the site broom swept with all garbage bagged and neatly stacked. Not only was the technical job on par but the professionalism made this experience a "win-win". Thank you- ORR Industries 10/10 New construction, single family home- Orange County NY

  Very professional and honest company very pleased with the insulation job. I would highly recommend if you're in the market for spray foam insulation. This would be a company to talk to, they delivered on everything they said and more. Very Satisfied!!
