  We had a pipe burst in the rec room. I wish I would have called them first. After other companies failed to respond, this team came and coordinated the drywall, paint and carpet restoration. A shout out to Matt, Dante, Morgan, and Sully for their polite and professional service!

  I was not happy with Serv-Pro. I would not use them again. Three people came initially. The man in charge seemed great. He told me someone would be back daily to check on the drying. He left with two workmen here. he said they would finish up. As soon as he left they said there was no reason to come back and check on the drying and they would not be seeing that up. Instead they said they would come back on Friday and get all the fans and drying equipment. I explained that my disabled sister was in the hospital and we would have to make special arrangements to have someone here. We set up a time for Friday morning. My mom left my sister alone in the hospital to be available for the workmen. She sat there all day, leaving my sister alone, and no one ever came. I had also asked for a morning time because a plumber was coming in the afternoon to fix the plumbing and the equipment needed to be out by then. No one was there when the plumber got there. The plumber had to move the equipment out of the way. Late in the day I called Serve Pro and was told that they had no record that anything was set up for Friday. The man on the phone was apologetic and said someone would be out the next day (Saturday). I received an email confirming that someone would be out. Again, my mother waited and was late getting to the hospital to my sister and no one ever came. I told her just to leave and go to the hospital when no one came. Monday someone finally showed up to take out the equipment. I paid a LOT of money (more than I would have expected) for terrible service and a lot of inconvenience. My sister who was left alone in the hospital has Downes Syndrome and Altzheimers. It was hard leaving her alone without family needlessly when two appointments were scheduled and no one came. I rarely give bad feedback. I am appreciative to people who do work, but this truly was bad, especially since I told the people who came the first day all of this.

  Servpro has come into my home and treated my home as if it was their home. They also assisted me with anything that I needed. They went as far as replacing a lamp that I thought that the workers might have broken by mistake and was very apologetic for it. Nick Romans many, Frank, Matt, and I don’t remember the names of the other workers that came into the home are so caring, empathetic, and professional. They have supported me throughout this entire ordeal and my home isn’t finished as of yet however I have no worries about the job being completed. All that I have requested they have provided. Servpro have become family to myself and my dog Chanel. Chanel loves them and they love her. I must say Nick, Eric Varnes, Frank, Matt and the rest of the team the 3 gentlemen that came in and cleaned and placed everything in boxes has helped me tremendously. It’s a traumatic thing when something happens to your only place of residence and you never had to use homeowners before and you don’t know what to do and they explain the process of everything. I am very grateful for ServPro and the team members that I have met. I thank God for placing them in my life during a very crucial time in my life and to know that they are still here gives me Peace and support. I highly Recommend ServPro not only for the great job that they do but for also the support and care that they bring to your home.
