  The sales representative who came to our home was excellent and very thorough. Installation was scheduled for about a month after placing our order, and the overall quality of the windows seems to be very good. We immediately noticed a difference during windy weather, with the house being noticeably quieter inside. The windows look great and open and close easily. Unfortunately, we did have a couple of issues. One window had a problem with the trim that wasn’t noticeable until we tried to reinstall our shutters. That issue was addressed fairly quickly. However, about a week later, we discovered that the safety clips designed to prevent the windows from being fully opened from the outside were missing from approximately a quarter of the windows. The holes had been drilled, but the clips were never installed. I contacted Window World about the missing clips, but so far, I haven’t received a response. While we’re happy with the windows themselves, the customer service after the sale and installation has been disappointing. Getting a response, if you get one at all, seems to be a challenge. Overall, we’re pleased with the windows and their quality, but Window World really needs to improve its post-installation customer service and follow-through.

  The owner threatened to take me to the magistrate or to court because I wanted my casement window replaced with the same window but in Black, I’m sure a common request but instead they turned my casement window into 2 separate double hung windows and blamed me because I didn’t know my window was called a casement window. Like that is why I went to you guys because you guys know about windows and I don’t. I wasn’t sure what I ordered I just trusted they ordered me the right thing and I signed off and if something was wrong they would make it right. That clearly was not the case, please do not use window world. I would give a 0 star review if I could.

  I had windows installed by this company three years ago. I’ve had an issue of a window getting “foggy” in last year’s cold winter days. That was never addressed. I sent Brandon Moyer, the owner, a lengthy email yesterday asking him to reach out, give me his cell number so I could call and set up a time for him to come by and look at this latest issue (pictured). This is the corner of one of my bedroom windows-a window which was installed three years ago. I didn’t hear back from Brandon. That’s no surprise because he never follows through with professional customer service. I called Window World today to talk with Lisa. I told her my situation with the window pictured below. She told me that Window World only covers caulking for one year and there was a moisture problem in my house. By the way, she never saw this picture and made those statements sight unseen. I’ve worked with many, many companies on home projects in multiple homes. Window World in Coplay is the absolute worse company to work with. They have never come to my home to address my complaints. They never acknowledge my emails. I’m sorry I ever did business with Window World. Trying to get them to take responsibility is impossible. Potential Buyers Beware!!
