They had it ready in less than half the time they thought it would take. Everyone there was so nice. They took the time to explain to run the generator monthly, what type of gas and oil to use. Their costs were super reasonable. I will definitely do business with them again
- SFStephen FoughtMay 17, 20241.0Our rental was due back by 4 pm on a Friday. I loaded it up along with our 8 month old for my wife to take back…. Our fault completely we were running late. Our ETA said 4:03 so we called the store and said hey it’s gonna be like right after 4. They said well the shop is union they have strict hours I said that’s fine I literally just need some one to open the roll up door I’ll unload it. He said well we close at 4. He said “maybe” the service department will be there. So I was like can we find out it’s a 35-40 minute drive I was there it’s all one building it’s not that big can you find out if someone will be there or can hang out an extra 10 minutes to open the door if we show up, if not that’s whatever but atleast we know. Got the run around finally put me on hold came back said “no guarantees”. They can certainly choose to not help out customers and take the extra step to ensure repeat business that is their decision. I can say if I were the person on the phone I would say dude get here by 4:10 I’ll meet you at the door…. Won’t be back and my company has a very large corporate account that we frequent this branch with we now go to the west Chester branch bc of this type of customer service.
