  We recently had our kitchen, remodeled by Lotus remodel and restore, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, organized, and far less stressful than we anticipated. Their team was professional, punctual and highly skilled. They communicated clearly throughout each phase of the project, keeping us informed and making sure every detail aligned with our vision, the craftsmanship and attention to detail truly show in the finished space, our kitchen feels both beautiful and functional. What stood out most was their commitment to quality and Customer Care they treated our home with respect and made sure everything was completed to a high standard We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and would highly recommend lotus to anyone considering a remodel.   We are so glad we chose Lotus for our remodel of two bathrooms! They were able to work within our budget which we were extremely pleasantly surprised with. The Lotus team was friendly, professional and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. Whenever something unexpected happened, we never had to worry because they had a solution and took care of it. Working with Christa was a dream. She had a vision for our space and made fabulous recommendations in line with our budget but also creating a beautiful space. We were so happy she shared her expertise with us!

  Life saver is the first word I can think of when I think of Lotus Restore & Remodel. No one ever thinks about the “what if” my house catches on fire then what? On October 31, 2020 I had no choice but to think about it. I had an electrical fire in my basement and came to realize that my house was never going to be the same. I was referred to Lotus Restore & Remodel from a “fireman” the day of my fire and once I met Tim and his wife Christa there was no looking back. Not only did they make me feel comfortable in this unsettling time in my life but I knew I was in good hands. Tim has done this since he was a kid and you can tell. He tells it like it is and yet will go over and above to do anything to help you get back into your house as soon as possible. Being a single mom and not knowing the ins and outs of rebuilding a house from scratch Tim or Christa would answer any questions I had. Christa listened to my description of my “likes” and went from there giving me choices from flooring to cabinets to lights and everything in between. Now my house went down to the studs and everything had to be rebuilt and replaced. Tim and his crew were always professional and informative if I asked any questions and was always good for a laugh when I needed it. It took a year and 4 months but I am back into my “new” house. The extra special touches that Tim and Christa came up with and added I will never forget. They made it feel like “home” again but all new and even better than it was.
