It couldn't be saved, but owner Joe DiBiase came out himself the next morning to evaluate the house for a new heat pump and other improvements. Thorough, honest, no pressure, and a real whole-home look rather than just a quick quote. Weekend service and the owner personally showing up says a lot. Highly recommend. Previous: It was a very hot August Saturday morning when we realized our very old outside AC condenser unit failed. We left a message with DiBiase (brand new contact) thinking, ah they probably won't get back to us until Monday. Then, Barry called quickly. But we were already out of pocket. I called him back 2 hours later to explain it could wait until our appointment. But Barry was enthusiastic and said he could still come out to diagnose the issue. Much thanks to Barry! Eased our minds knowing that they're there for us.
