  We had a wonderful experience with Perez. After a previous horrific experience with a private contractor, we knew we needed the real deal to renovate our kitchen. We sought Perez out based on solid recommendations from friends and they did not disappoint. Professional and friendly. Everything was done in a timely fashion (which many independent contractors cant seem to figure out). Would use them again 100 times!! Ive attached some before and after photos.

  On multiple occasions I had requested quotes and they require a deposit or fee for a quote. Grew way to big, way to fast and passing the cost of all the overhead on to the customer so they can afford to pay for executive positions. Take a look at the website and you can clearly see where 25% to 50% of the cost of your job goes to people who do not even do the actual work. Shop small businesses and support your local contractors who actually will provide a quote without charging you for it.

  Amazing company. Management( Jason Perez) makes sure everything gets done according to perfection on his jobs!
