  Our family moved into an older home that needed some changes to make it feel like ours. Perez DBR just completed a renovation on several rooms, and we couldn't be more happy. The communication has been frequent and thorough since the beginning, and we really appreciated how detail oriented our team was from planning all the way through execution. Multiple people showed up for various parts of our remodel (demo, construction, electrical, painting, and plumbing), and each person was friendly, hard working, and an expert in their field. We also requested several changes to our original plan, and they happily accommodated for our alterations and did quality work. We are planning on using them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with remodeling!

  Perez DBR remodeled my kitchen in 2009. We recently had them come in to update it with a new countertop and sink, a few new cabinets to replace a beverage center and updated hinges. We were very pleased when the kitchen was first done and we are just as happy with the refresh.

  I had a good experience working with Perez construction company. The listened to my inputs and made sure I was happy with the process along the way from designing to finishing the construction. Once the work began, the crew worked hard and got it done without wasting time. If there was any concern or comment, they listened and came up with a solution that met my expectation as well as safety. I am very happy with the final result, and gladly recommend to anyone.

  We cannot say enough good things about Perez builders. They rebuilt our entire front porch, which was not easy because it is semi round. The crew was always on time, cleaned up every day, kept us apprised of the progress, were genuinely good natured and excited to do the job. Excellent work. We couldn’t be happier.
