  The AC wasn’t working and I called first thing Sunday am. The technician was here by 10 am, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it.

  After three years of owning a new Trane system, and now out of warranty, I found an issue where a leak occurred in the main duct at the air handler. The problem was clearly creating a comfort issue throughout my second floor space. I called the Meade Div of B&L Ott for service to repair the issue. Service showed up as expected and the fix was a 5 minute correction. They were nice enough to do the work as a complementary service, which was not expected. I believe my loss of efficiency outweighed the cost of the fix by far, and it was very nice that they supported this the way in which they did. My entire experience from initial meeting and through the purchase to today has been excellent. It is what my neighbors said in the initial referral and holds true to today. Thank you Meade and B&L Ott!

  My first experience w/ B&L Ott / Meade Heating & Cooling and I must say that the service was extremely prompt considering my condenser fan motor failed at the beginning of a high humidity heat wave. Everyone involved at my home, and that I'd spoken with through the entire process, were all top-notch and very professional. Very pleased, and will definitely be considering the company for my heat pump system's replacement in another year or so.
