  My garage service was exceptional today. Thanks to Jacob Hoffmann who quickly diagnosed the problem as the springs that support the door.Not only was he professional and respectful, but he went out of his way to explain the problem and each part of the process clearly, and he did it with a smile. What I especially appreciated was that he went beyond just fixing the immediate problem with my springs. He also lubricated the hinges and rollers and checked everything to make sure it was operating smoothly and safely. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very thorough. I’m extremely happy with the service and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair.

  Jacob Hoffman was very informative and I highly recommend him and service from Door Serv Pro. My garage door is fixed and I’m happy and that’s what matters! I appreciate the fact they sent someone here to give an estimate and I didn’t have a service charge just for a technician to come look at my door. After I agreed on the estimate, he was here to fix it at the same time thank you very much. I have already made a referral to a neighbor, and he liked my dog too 🐾🐾

  Door Serv Pro team was excellent. It was a fantastic time having James out to inspect my door. He educated me on many things and let me know that there truly isn’t any thing currently wrong with it other than age and that the extension springs were starting to stretch and I decided to go with the extension spring replacement so that way I don’t end up in my garage trapped A big thank you to the office for getting James out here to me in a timely , I will definitely be referring my neighbors.

  We don’t typically leave reviews, but this company is something else! When they first came out, James was incredibly thorough and prepared to walk us through all of our options. Unlike the other companies we had come out, who showed up with nothing more than a notepad, James took the time to educate us and explain everything in detail. His knowledge of the product and the options available made our decision easy. We decided to go with them, and their technician, Chris, came out and handled the installation. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Ever since they installed the door about a year ago, our neighbors have been raving about how quiet it is compared to theirs. Several have even said they’d love to have one installed themselves! James came back out today for our first-year service, and once again, everything was excellent. Every time they’ve come out, they’ve been prompt, professional, and right on time within the expected service window. We couldn’t recommend this company more. Great products, great service, and an even better team. LFG! 🔥
