  Our HVAC replacement experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The team arrived on time, clearly explained the replacement process, and answered all of our questions. The installation crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was properly installed and operating before they left. We were especially impressed with their communication and commitment to quality. The new system is working perfectly, and we would highly recommend this HVAC company to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible. The technician was late, came an hour after the timeframe. I almost missed an appointment. Looked disheveled, like he didn’t even want to be there. As soon as he saw that the line was not over 15 feet and he could not charge more (he tried to say it was over 15, but we had already measured) he called his office and backed out of the job. I called the office and the girl explained we had what is called a “soft duct” and didn’t want to damage it. We have had our dryer duct cleaned MANY times and no other company has ever said anything like that. I’m pretty surprised they actually sent us a survey, they had to know we were going to post a bad one 🤣🤣

  Amazing service! Here's the story: It was the hottest 2 days of the year--over 100 degrees both days. Also a holiday weekend. We had just brought our 9 year old daughter home from the the hospital after a bout of appendicitis, and our air conditioner broke. That was Thursday night. By midnight it was 88 degrees in her bedroom. I tossed and turned all night worried about her. By 6 AM I was googling 24 hour AC repair service companies and I found High Tech. They called me back immediately (only company out of a half dozen I called that did), took my info, and assured me they could have their repair guy out by 8-9 AM that same day! I was floored. This truly felt miraculous. I expected with the heat and the holiday it would be 2-3 days or more before we could get someone out to do the repair. I was preparing to book a hotel for the weekend. Instead by late morning our AC was fixed and our home was cooling. The tech (I can't remember his name but he was great), was sympathetic, very knowledgeable and skillful, and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. When the first thing he tried only temporarily got the compressor running again, he worked tirelessly till he identified the root issue, located the part, and completed the repair. All told this wasn't a cheap repair but it was worth every penny, and I am extremely grateful to have such a responsive and skilled company near me for all my HVAC needs. You've earned a customer for life!
