  Fred did a great job of guiding me through a design for my main bathroom. I am not good at those sort of thing and as I described what I was hoping for, the colors in my main bedroom and just the "feel" I was looking for he brought out great options. As things moved forward during the construction things usually need adjustments so he and the subcontractor both did a great job of explaining to me what might be issues and better changes and solutions. I will go there for all my tile and flooring.

  Absolute stellar customer service - Fred and his staff at JR’s are on top of their game. We have used them for different projects and their guidance, recommendations, and professionalism are fantastic. When we started our bathroom remodel I had so many ideas and didn’t know where to start but Fred had me bring my iPad with all my Pinterest posts to the store- we went through my pins and Fred was able to pull together ideas, bring focus and create options that were perfect. The entire team at JR’s are committed to providing best experience for their customers. We highly recommend them.

  A great place to avoid, they are not good to their sub contractors, tile is not worth the outrageous prices and I have it direct from the source that they will hold onto CC numbers to use in the future and have used them almost a year after the initial charge.
