There was a crew of 5, and each had a role and knew each others roles as well. As soon as they parked, their equipment was unloaded, ladders and scaffolds were erected. It was quiet, with very little verbal communication between the team members. Mr Jesko answered all questions, to my satisfaction. He made a few honest recommendations, which I accepted. Once the price was agreed upon, there were no add-ons.
