  Kyle Slavic and the team so far have been fantastic to work with. Planet Roof is also coordinating the ordering and installation of 7 Velux skylights which is a huge time saver as I don’t have to coordinate several GCs and subs. They show when they say they will, text or call when running late and are knowledgeable, kind, courteous. Not the least expensive, but backed by the 50 Year warranty, I’ll never have to worry about my roof and skylights. They’re also replacing water damaged plywood 1 for 1. Highly recommend Kyle and his team in Pittsburgh PA.

  We’re in the first stage of getting our roof done, and Bryan Ledbetter with Planet Roof did a great job of explaining our options, and what those options would cost. He also fully explained what we can expect from the roofers doing the job and their credentials. With our approval, he submitted our application for financing after throughly explaining the costs of our roofing, financing charges, and our payment options. We had a roof done on our previous home a few years ago, so we know what quality roofing materials and the roofing process should be. We didn’t feel pressured at any time. We’ve owned this house a few years and knew at purchase that we were looking a roof replacement sooner rather than later. We feel confident that we made the best choices and are looking forward to our new roof and gutters.

  Russell Kaiser was my salesman. He was very thorough with his explanation of the roofing products that I would be getting. He was very polite. The job was to be done on a Saturday but we got some rain here in Altoona that day so it was rescheduled for Monday. Unfortunately I had to work so I did not get to see the process. I came home and the crew was still working on my roof. They finished up around 9:00pm. I noticed my dining room window had gotten broken in the process. I called Roberto the crew supervisor and informed him about the broken window, he came out the next evening to measure it. He was also very polite and informed me that a Nathan would be coming to get further measurements and see what will be done as far as replacing my window. Nathan came that Thursday and took additional measurements. I was informed today a week later by Nathan who was at my house cleaning up some nails that were in my driveway that they will be replacing my whole window. I also received a call from Russell the salesman apologizing for the broken window and informed me that my window had been ordered and should be installed in about 6 weeks. All 3 guys were very polite and informative. I will change my 4 stars to 5 when my window is installed.

  (I saw a lady give a 1 star review bc there was a mess in her yard while they were still working and her dogs got out). As a fellow dog owner I used to door the guys were not by at the time to put my dog out on a leash and I watched for nails myself. It's not the roofers job to watch my dogs. I just though that review was crazy. Especially being that she was happy with her siding in the end. Anyways. Travis Kenny did my estimate and he as able to get the roof done in my price range. He got me on the schedule quick. Jay came the day of the workers and they got busy. They covered my surrounding of my house. They were really careful about it considering how messy tearing a roof off is. Those guys worked their butts off that day. They did my roof fast. 1 day job. Crazy. I know when I did roofing we did not work that fast. It looks perfect. They even offered to install my chimney caps and hey would have but I bought the wrong size. They cleaned up all the nails. They also let me throw some old stuff I had in my garage in the dumpster which saved me from having to rent one. The workers were kind. Always smiling every time they saw me. They ended up having to stay into the dark. So I made them all food. They were beyond grateful. It was a good experience. The monthly payment is fair but I am paying triple to save on interest. I got the darkest color roof and it looks perfect.

  My roof was as worn out as it could be with minor leaks here and there. I looked around to find a local roofer and called 3 for estimates. None showed up and then there was a knock at the door and Planet Roof came to my rescue. Jordyn was the knocker at the door and when I confused her with some questions of corporation, she sought out help from Kurtis her boss who came to the door and explained everything that Jordyn wasn't sure about. I felt comfortable enough to give Lee their salesman a chance to bid the job. He did an outstanding job of explaining why Planet Roof was an outstanding company that used high quality materials and workmanship that is gauranteed for 50 years. I signed an agreement and the scheduler gave me the following Monday as a start date. Monday morning came and the dumpster arrived. The driver put down heavy plywood where the steel tires would sit as to not damage my driveway. Soon a van with four workers arrived and I thought to myself "no way they are going to rip off the roof and replace it in one day." They worked hard throughout the day and finished the shingling by 5:30. During that time I got a call from Robert asking if everything and everyone showed up. He let me know what to expect throughout the day and who to look for as the day went on. Up pulled up Shane who co ordinates the work force and supplies. He made a wonderful suggestion that pushed my gutters up 4 inches and just under the shingle. The previous gutter system was hanging low and looked like it was on the verge of falling off the house. With Shanes suggestion it looks great. The gutter guys did arrive a bit late and I thought that there was no way they were going to finish before the sun set and they lost the light to finish. The guy said, "Two hours" and we will be done. Well he lied cause it took them 2 and 1/2 hours but he had about 1/2 hour of sunlight left to clean up and load his tools and equipment. Good Job Gutter guys! I am very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Planet Roof. In this review, I tried to mention everyone who I dealt with but the company had so many people checking in that I can't remember everyone. I do know that I won't have any problem refering Planet Roof to any of my family, friends or neighbors. Thank you Planet Roof and all your employees for taking the time to make sure my project was done right, on time as promised, with quality materials and a great follow up! Oh yeah, and financing my project for me.
