  We contracted Planet Roof to get our side roof and gutters replaced, and a set of shutters installed. Imagine my surprise when I started noticing the slates on my roof tumbling to the ground!! I called my Project Manager (PM) immediately and the work stopped. But the front half of my slate roof was gone!!! Here is where I started to panic. I knew the PM was on his way to speak with me. What was he going to say? Mentally, I prepared my arguments. To my delight and surprise, he admitted their mistake and told me right away they would make it right. They would be putting up a tarp right then and replacing the side roof as intended. By the next day, they came back to fix the gutters and put on a new asphalt roof. Aha! I thought. This is where they’ll get me. But no, I was assured. This roof was temporary to protect my house from any storms while they were waiting for the slate. They ordered slate samples and when they came in they left them with us so that we could decide which we preferred. They stayed in touch throughout the process. The slate roofers came on the hottest week of the year, and did an amazing job. Although our experience with Planet Roof was unusual, at all times they were courteous, reliable, and most of all, reassuring. This was a difficult situation and I felt comfortable throughout. I highly recommend them for their integrity and dedication to customer service.

  I was very impressed with the work that was performed and the help with the project!  Manger Derek Lowe really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the beautiful roof replacement!  I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Derek for all you have done for me!👍🏻👌🏻

  Happy that I was able to get a roof installed, for an ok price. The salesman was nice but very pushy and since I was in an emergency and they were able to get it done quickly I went with them. The follow up from the company has been terrible. I was never given a final walk through, I had to go to the store and get a magnet and pull 50+ nails out of my yard and property/neighbors property. They didn’t not properly resecure my gutters to the house and caused damage during the demolition. When I reached out to the person who told me they were my warranty rep, I was ghosted. I had to go through their AI to get an appointment and they mislabeled me as needing an estimate. Finally after weeks someone came to take pictures and then the following day I wake up to someone on my roof! They did not bother to call and let me know they were coming or knock on the door to let me know they had to come to do repairs. They left without saying anything either. They left caulking bottles on my window sills, and did not even repair everything they said they would. Working with planet roof before and during my roof installation was great, but has been nothing short of disappointing after.

  I wanted to share about project manager Roberto. He was professional, friendly, communicative, and helpful. The crew doing the work was fast and great. Haven’t experienced the roof quite yet, but the work and everything looks wonderful and very appreciative for Roberto and the team.

  I have agreed for a free no obligation roof inspection. A technician showed up. He was using a drone to inspect the roof. There are a couple of shingles looking like lifted. They were like that for a long time. The technician gave two options and was alluding me towards the entire roof replacement. He created the need for a roof fix or replacement out of thin air. They need $8500 to fix the shingles or $20k to replace the entire roof. He even got me $2500 discount with a single phone call. The tech was determined to get me sign up for the roof replacement. He is not taking No as an answer or understanding that I need time to validate his claims that I need a new roof. He was very pushy and is disappointed when I firmly said no to repairs or replacement. Do not entertain this company. They gave $30k quote to my neighbor as well when they need a simple roof fix.
