  Tommy did an excellent job installing our Kohler PowerFlush toilet from start to finish. He carefully removed the old toilet, prepared the area, and took the time to make sure the new toilet was properly aligned, securely installed, and functioning exactly as it should. He paid close attention to the details throughout the installation and made sure everything was clean and in order when the job was finished. What really impressed me was that Tommy also performed a courtesy water test to check the water supply and make sure everything was working properly with no issues. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service really stood out. He explained the work clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of his work and would highly recommend Tommy to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, and courteous plumber. Excellent work, Tommy!

  Chris was very professional, courteous, and respectful. He was very informative, thorough, friendly, made sure we understood what he was talking about and including in his proposed suggestions and findings, and gave us several options in case we wanted to get anything done to it or replace the unit. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a checkup or work done, and I will probably have my own system checked by him. Of the many repairmen we've had come to do the service checkups, he was by far the best we've had.

  I would like to take a few minutes to address my first experience with Pronto. From the very beginning of contacting Pronto, my interactions were met with much kindness and great customer service to secure an appointment. This kind of treatment was continued and magnified when my service technician Jarrod Thomas arrived this morning on time to diagnose the issues within the household, pertaining mostly to the ejector sump pump in the lower level of the house. I cannot even begin to say enough about this young man and his skills, whether it be his general demeanor, which is so respectful and kind, to his vast knowledge of every single question I asked, Jarrod answered all my concerns, and then some about this home and how it all operates with the plumbing and set up. I learned so much from him today, more than anyone that I have asked questions to, in order to understand how a city sewer hookup operates and what are the concerns to this type of situation. Jarrod is the individual who I hope will always come here to do any type of work that may be needed in the future, I will do a special request if allowed by Pronto. With this highly stressful plumbing situation currently, Jarrod assured me that all will be taken care of and more importantly he stressed that Pronto will only be a phone call away to address any other issues in the future that may come up. I have seen Pronto service vans in the area, I was worried about calling a plumber and felt very inadequate about my knowledge concerning the ejector pump and what its’ purpose is here in this home. I cannot thank Pronto enough for having a shining star like Jarrod Thomas, he’s the kind of employee you can be proud of at all times. Jarrod made me feel at ease from the moment I met him, it was really a pleasure to learn from him, he addressed everything with professionalism and confidence, he is truly an asset to your company as your front line to the customer.   Tommy Thomas arrived and introduced himself. Used shoe covers as he entered my home to protect carpet. Upstairs and quickly spotted the leak and age of toilet. After discussing he checked on prices, etc. and presented 3 options. I decided due to age of leaking toilet to have a new Kohler installed. Tommy contacted installer Trent Chappel who was here almost immediately and got started while Tommy collected payment and completed his part. Trent did a great job installing and left a brand new clean installation. Couldn’t have gotten a better job from anywhere I know. Would recommend Pronto Plumbing for fast and competent work. And both tradesmen were friendly, considerate and respectful as well. All in all I am quite satisfied. Thank you to all.

  Melvin was fantastic! From the moment he walked through the door, he was professional, courteous, and respectful. He took the time to explain why he was there and let us know that he would do an initial inspection and point out any issues he found if we wanted to hear about them. Although he found more issues than the one we called about, he carefully showed us what he found and clearly explained the causes, potential risks, and possible solutions. He successfully unclogged the line, documented his findings with photos, and provided detailed quotes for the recommended work. Because our home is older and has limited plumbing updates over the years, Melvin’s knowledge and expertise were invaluable. I like to fully understand what’s happening, especially when it comes to something I know little about, and Melvin was incredibly patient with all of my questions. He took the time to explain things throughly and even reviewed the quotes with me multiple times to ensure I was comfortable and informed. Thank you, Melvin, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience your professionalism, patience, and willingness to educate along the way were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!
