- AFAlija FreyJun 6, 20263.0Initially I would give them 5 stars, I actually did but deleted that review and am updating now over a month out. The process of getting everything scheduled was great. Everything was explained the price was fair. The two biggest things that sold me was that the roof has a 50 year warranty (amazing) and that if we had any issues they would be dealt with promptly (within 48 hours.) The installation was quick. We had one minor hiccup during installation but they quickly corrected it. The roof looks great. About a week after installation I noticed a small leak on my porch roof, so I contacted our project manager but found that he no longer was with the company. Red flag but okay. The company says we will have a new project manager and it will get resolved. A week later, still no response from the company about my roof and no new project manager. So contact the company again. At this point I also noticed that the flashing (which was supposed to be new) was the old flashing just put back on. I’m so mad at this point, call the company again. Now I get a new project manager, who says they will be out and replace the flashing and fix the porch leak. Today the contractors came out (almost two weeks after talking to the new project manager) with the wrong flashing. The contractors waited 3 hours here until they finally left because the materials didn’t come (I don’t blame them!) It’s been over a month since installation and I’m very unhappy with the customer service and my roof not being finished. But it was only a $17k purchase, no big deal right?
