  Home Genius Exteriors delivered one of the most frustrating home improvement experiences I’ve ever had. The crews were careless, communication was nonexistent, and multiple issues went completely unreported. I had to discover every problem myself - including a worker putting their foot through a finished office ceiling and never saying a word. For the price paid, the quality and professionalism were nowhere near acceptable. The only bright spot was Ron, the project manager. He stepped in, took ownership, and worked relentlessly to fix the problems the crews and management left behind. Ron went above and beyond, and he’s the only reason anything was salvaged from this project.

  We’re very happy with our new roof and the overall experience! The service was great, and the final result looks amazing. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and we always felt informed about what was going on. We really appreciate how responsive the team was and how they handled everything. Most importantly, we absolutely love the finished roof! Overall, a great experience and a beautiful result. We’re very happy we chose them for our roof project!

  Our siding was fixed by Home Genius Exterior. It was originally installed completely incorrectly and they were able to remove it and do it the right way. They made the experience incredibly easy. Dylan, Jerson and his team were amazing. Not only did they document everything that was done incorrectly, but did it the right way. It is a company you can really trust to do the right thing. Thank you again.

  My husband Wayne and I are thrilled with how our home has transformed. Home genius installed Hardie siding and its looks amazing! The crew lead by Jose worked very hard but was also meticulous about quality. My husband had hear surgery the day that Installation ending up starting. It was unfortunate with weather and material delays that this is how the timing worked out, but my project manager Dylan reassured us everything would be okay with us being in the hospital all week with surgery and post Op. Well Dylan certainly delivered on his word and kept us up to date with pictures and a small change order we handled remotely. Now that we are home and settling back in we couldn't be more pleased! The timing ended up being a blessing as we were able to focus on my husband's surgery and recovery. Altogether it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend Home Genius for Hardie siding work and you definitely want Dylan as you project manager and Jose as your crew leader! Just look at the before and after pictures for yourself!! Heather R.

  I actually rewatched the scene in The Matrix where Neo is fighting what feels like an endless wave of clones. I needed to make sure I had the right visual for what it was like watching Ron navigate my emergency roof and gutter project. It honestly felt like one unexpected challenge after another—constant twists, turns, hurdles, and new issues that had to be solved. Between replacing the roof, addressing water intrusion concerns, coordinating gutter work, handling upgrades, additional repairs, and final cleanup, it seemed like the project never stopped!! One clone after another As strange as it sounds, despite the stress of an emergency roof replacement, this ended up being a genuinely enjoyable experience. I can only attribute that to Ron's exceptional project management. Like Neo, he handled every obstacle that came his way with confidence!! I called and texted Ron many times throughout the project. Every single time, he responded quickly with thorough explanations and reassurance. He never sounded rushed or impatient. He treated every question as though it were the first one I'd asked, taking the time to make sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next. A roof replacement is a major investment with a lot of moving parts, and this company has a large team. I had the opportunity to work with many exceptional people along the way. Josh, Mario, and the rest of the crew were professional, kind, and personable, and the service managers were excellent as well. The reason I took the time to write this review, however, is because outstanding project management can make or break an experience like this. Ron's guidance, communication, follow-through, and steady reassurance turned what could have been an overwhelming process into one that I felt confident navigating from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
