  This was a maintenance appointment since I have a maintenance agreement with them. Larenze Benner came and he was extremely efficient always told me what he was going to do and then explained the results. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly and I will ask the company for him to come back

  Service contracted a week in advance for 8:30 to 11:00 AM. Technician arrived a little after 1:00 PM. He was polite. His job was to repair a PVC drain line coming out of our AC unit. He did not have the necessary parts to do the work. I waited for him to run to buy the PVC at a local store. He returned, cut and glued the PVC. It wasn't leaking but the job is cut with sloppy angles that aren't 90° as they should be. I am not confident in the work, and am concerned the joints will fail in the near future. He offered to re-do the work. At this time it was 3:30 PM. He said I have a warranty anyway if the line fails. Since I had already dedicated 7 hours to this repair, I opted to sign off on the work. It was $676 to cut and glue a small section of PVC pipe. Perhaps another person could do a more efficient job if need be. Or another company could do the repair for much less cost. Update: The company contacted me and asked if they could send out a supervisor/manager to review the work. They sent Abdul Shaiq to come look at the work. I asked if he was a manager, he said no, but he is higher up in the company with a 5 star rating. Abdul told me I had three choices; the second choice he offered to me was that he would redo the work from the previous day. I told him yes, I would like it to be redone because although the drain line didn't leak, the workmanship was poorly done and lacked integrity in how it was constructed and I felt it wasn't a quality job that will last very long. Abdul didn't redo the work. I guess he changed his mind about my three options. All he did was pour water through the line to prove it wasn't currently leaking. Then he proceeded to tell me all about himself, his family, where he lives, how he studied Shakespeare and how he speaks 5 languages and other personal information, and he concluded his remarks with the comment that he is a five star technician and deserves a five star rating! End result: Nothing was done to improve the way this drain line was repaired. My $676 was ill spent for this job.

  The technician was excellent. The install took much longer than expected. Whoever coordinated the delivery of the equipment to my home sent the wrong furnace and the delivery driver had to go back and retrieve the correct unit, which took a considerable amount of time. I can not hold that against the installer. He arrived within the agreed time frame, however including the cleanup and removal the install took until 11:45 PM, 13 hours.
