Expensive junk. Have had issues every year of at least $500 to repair. This year $1300, not a chance! Doesn't give me the option to choose I paid the standard fee of $179 for them to show and refused repairs.$6000 for install 5 years ago and over $2500 in repairs, I'll get cheap junk.

Today the install team arrived at 10 AM and where done installing it by 5:30. They made sure we were comfortable in the process. They did a wonderful job and where professional installers. After they finish they made sure it worked perfectly and helped me setup the thermostat. I would highly recommend this company.
Had a tech come out for a tune-up. He made some suggestions to make the ac and furnace run better. Called for appointment to make the corrections. Only was able to speak to AI (which is bull) Tech gave me a quote. Got a call saying they could come 3 days earlier, so yes, I’ll take the sooner appointment. Said he was 30 minutes out. I haul butt home only to wait an hour for service to show. When service shows up, they inform me it will be $149 more than original. When I questioned it, I was told that was the fee for them coming…..what!? So I called to ask corporate why….they said he needed to re-evaluate (which he did not). Then service says he will be back in 5 min because he needed a part. I waited 1 hour and 45 min for the return. It took him all of 10 minutes to replace a part. The $149 extra should have been disclosed in the original estimate. It is absolute bull that there was an extra fee for showing up. Oh but I should be happy because the cost is typically $179, but since I pay a monthly fee to be part of their comfort club, it was only $149. So in 2 months, I paid the difference. But no, I should consider myself lucky. Very disappointed.

Service tech Abdul Shaiq was excellent. He was very professional and showed me everything he was doing.
I cannot say the same for my overall experience with one hour. This service visit was due to poor workmanship from AC install that took several phone calls to get sorted. I was asked to pay $700 for a leak test and recharge of refrigerant due to a leak that was present from improperly installed components. The previous tech that was sent to address the issues only made things worse. But thanks to Abdul he was able to hopefully resolve those issues.
It’s a shame I had to fight to get this fixed under warranty for $0 cost. I would expect a company to stand behind their work especially on a system that is less than 1 year old and cost over $8000.
This is not the first time I had to deal with issues for poor workmanship with One Hour. 5 months after new AC system was installed my furnace would not produce heat. When I called to explain that it worked fine before the AC install I was told that it was a 0% chance that the furnace not working was related to their work installing AC. I had to wait 2 weeks for a service tech only for them to discover that they in fact caused the issue when installing the AC. The service tech admitted that it was their error. Again another fight to get reimbursed for service fee!

I had a great experience with Tristan Leber today. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very skilled at his work. What stood out most was his professionalism and genuinely positive attitude—he made the entire process easy and stress-free.
He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the visit, he was remarkably courteous, respectful, and attentive.
It’s not often you come across someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service.
