  The technician showed up on time, was extremely nice. He diagnosed my issue immediately, went directly to a store to get the part, came right back and replaced it. They will push a monthly membership that will lower the initial price of your repair and then lock you in for one year at $17 per month, but that includes 2 free checkups on your HVAC system. Someone came out the next day to do my first one, and they were very thorough. Took apart and cleaned out the external unit, checked the inside unit, provided good feedback on the unit and filter, without pushing to replace my 14 year old system that is working fine. Overall, very happy with this service, just make sure they test your system before leaving. Had one small issue where I had to call and have someone come back because a fuse wasn't tightened properly, but he came back immediately and stayed that time to make sure everything was working
