  I used 22 Conrete Design & Contracting based on the referral of a colleague to replace crumbling steps and a cracked paver. In hindsight, I wished I had obtained additional referrals . My suggestion is to obtain a written quote and scope of work in advance of the work so that there is a clear understanding and agreement on the scope of work. Also, if you can be on site when the work is taking place to inspect the project during and after completion of the work to ensure you get the desired results. The company was slow on clean up leaving a wheel barrel of dried concrete in the street in front of my house for a week. Yesterday, I noticed that the concrete is already starting to crack and it has barely been a month since it was poured. I am told by the contractor it is normal. The contractor advised me to monitor and inform them if it gets worse and they will fill the cracks. Hope, I will not be in the same position I was in at the start of work.

  Had 22 concrete complete a job on my back patio few years back. A completely exhausting and miserable experience by clearly lack of experience. The finishers completely screwed up the finish and blamed it on the concrete. Instead of trying to fix the issue. Decided to hide it by putting concrete paint on it. After a few months the paint started to come up and requested to do an overlay. We did not want an overlay but that was the only option he said we had. The overlay was a complete and still is an utter failure as it’s starting to come apart and break and not to mention extremely not safe when it is wet. I strongly do not recommend this company at all or you’ll be very unsatisfied like we are as they wouldn’t fix the issue when it first happened

  Zack and helpers were able to repair and replace beautifully 9 expansion joints that badly needed it. He dyed them and created a stone like surface. Everyone comments how nice they look! Great job and I would recommend them.
