  Complete Fraud: Unresolved AC Repair, Extreme Overcharging & Gross Misdiagnosis Do not trust this company. They will charge you premium rates, leave your house broken, and hit you with extra fees when they fail to fix their own mistakes. I am a Senior Superintendent for a large construction company in Philadelphia with over 35 years of field experience. I know mechanical systems, electrical diagnostics, and trade standards. What this company pulled on my family is an absolute disgrace to the industry. Here are the facts of how they exploited us: • The Bait-and-Switch: I called Friday morning because our central AC stopped blowing cold air. I agreed to a $99 diagnosis. The technician charged an additional $195 just to disconnect two thermostat wires. He claimed a condensation pump safety switch was "drawing amps" and preventing the system from cooling. I knew this diagnosis made zero sense for the actual issue, but told him to bypass it so I could swap the pump later. • The Lie: I explicitly instructed him to fully check the system and ensure it was actually blowing cold. He called for payment, explicitly told me the air was running cold, and told my wife the house just "needed time to cool down." She paid in full and left. • The Reality: I got home from work to an 81+ degree house. The air was completely hot. His "fix" did absolutely nothing. • The Added Expense: Because of his false claims, I had to run to Lowe’s immediately and spend $680 out-of-pocket on two room AC units just to make our living room and master bedroom bearable for my family. • The Double-Dip Penalty: When my wife called them back out to fix their failed work, they had the audacity to charge us an additional $200 after-hours emergency fee. At the end of the day, they collected a $99 diagnostic fee, an exorbitant $195 wire-disconnect fee, and a $200 after-hours fee—leaving us with $1,174 in total out-of-pocket expenses between their useless charges and the emergency retail equipment I was forced to buy. To make matters worse, our central AC is still completely broken. If you are looking for an HVAC company with technical competence, honesty, and billing integrity, look elsewhere. They will happily take your money, lie about confirming their work, leave your family sweating, and charge you twice for the privilege. Management: I expect an immediate call from a senior supervisor to issue refunds for the unverified work and the second service charge. You have my number on file.

  Our technician Jake was great! He diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and professionally and the A/C is up and running again. Also, the service was scheduled quickly which was appreciated since there was a heat wave approaching. Highly recommend Jake and Patriot!

  Our usual oil company hasn’t been answering their phone and we desperately needed oil-we called Patriot for a delivery-everyone was the nicest! Jim who came to do the delivery found our gauge wasn’t working and told us it was an easy fix for them to do- our other company had told us it was impossible! And was rude about it! Patriot now has a new loyal customer-thanks Jim for being so nice!

  Matt replaced our whole A/C unit. Showed up On time and communicated with my wife and I throughout the entire process. I didn’t catch the name of the young man who helped him but he was just as nice and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Patriot for all your A/C and heating needs.

  My $79 "tuneup" was a tech coming out, looking at my system, recommending a $3k+ fix, or a $13k new install. My system is old, but working without issue. Tune up = Clean it (outside and inside), replace filters, or coolant (xtra charge I get it). He had no filters, no sensors, or a capacitor which he recommended replacing (over $3k). I asked him if he wanted to use my shop vac...no. Cost me $79 for bloated quotes, no tuneup or maintenance at all was completed. Im not looking for a freebie, after reflecting exactly what was done, it was nothing more than a quote I paid $80 cash for. I wont be using Patriot again
