  Harris installed a whole house generator, and they did a great job. They have been taking care of my heating system, generator and propane tanks. They are prompt, professional and accurate with their repairs. Their pricing is very fair. Twice I had to have them come out for an emergency service and both times they showed up quickly and repaired my system the same day. Outstanding service and professional service.

  Had a tuneup scheduled for 6/26 between 1-4. They cancelled at 3pm that day and promised they would call to reschedule. 2 days later they called and said they were too busy and couldn’t reschedule until 7/14. I received no apology only rudeness and an attitude. Stay away from this company!!!!

  Have been with Harris since 1960s. Excellent service. Have never run out of oil, calls for service are all but immediate, installation of a new burner went without a problem. Decided to install a generator last year and thank goodness we did. Harris techs showed us that our electrical service was seriously out-dated, preventing an imminent fire hazard. Reliable, friendly, professional service!

  The service received was very good however they delivered oil to my house today without contacting me with a new contract. I understand that it was a "contract" but they haven't filled my tank in months. I called to cancel my service and was informed that I will be responsible for the fill up total. Needless to say, I am unhappy with their flexibility. There current rate is extremely expensive. Their lack of flexibility is disturbing and I do not recommend them to anyone. My suggestions to new customers of oil heating systems, do not sign up for an annual contract. Research several options and cost.
