  I had a tech named Pat Trampe come out. I was in a full blown argument with my husband when he got here and he got right to business. I like people like that. He had my furnace working in what felt like three minutes. He showed me what the problem was he explained everything thoroughly. I have zero complaints! I just happened to stumble across this company and I’m glad I did

  I got an estimate from Dilling and one other company to install a chimney liner for my gas furnace. Dilling was $1,000 lower and exuded confidence in their work. Pat gave the estimate and allowed me to apply for financing right on the spot (got a great loan!). Installers were on time, super friendly, and very competent. Ducts routing to the chimney are solid metal, no tape or sealers. Liner was aluminum, and they also installed a cap on my chimney so no animals or water can get in. They explained everything they did in great detail, and I was very happy with the quality of work. Love their texts when the techs are on their way. Office staff are friendly, too. Will definitely be hiring them again!

  Pat was professional, understanding, and very helpful with our mini split AC issue. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was also professional and kind. They quickly got us a quote and stayed in contact to ensure our concerns were being addressed. Great company!
