  I can’t say enough good things about the team who worked on my furnace. Every single one of them was courteous, professional, and respectful of my home, everything you hope for when hiring someone. That kind of service can be hard to find, but Gillece delivered! They were honest, friendly, and worth every penny. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable furnace service.

  Nick came to my home at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning to fix an emergency problem for me. I was beyond grateful. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted a price and then set about to fix the problem. He was professional and personable. Could not have been nicer to me. Thank you, Nick!

  I had Gillece quote me for an HVAC system and they quoted me $22,000 for a brand that was quoted by another company for less than $10,000. Then I got a quote from them for a plumbing issue and they were the best price so I called them to do the work. The man that gave the quote came to reassess and offered me a different option to do the job that was not what was quoted. Water was coming in through where the gas line came in to the basement fireplace, the quote was to disconnect the gas line and cover both the hole in the fireplace and the hole on the outside underground. He said they could only disconnect the gas line and cover the hole inside the fireplace and that doing the outside work was too risky for the amount of money they quoted me. I had the jod done with no issues by McVay plumbing a much better company. By the way Gillece never gives you a written quote, they just show it to you but will never give you a copy. Very suspicious!!!

  Steven Thompson: Made one phone call and this service would change the outlook I see today. I had a sewage issue and I learned so much just by watching. This man is incredible and his attitude towards everything is amazing. I’ll definitely be calling back and if I can get Steven that’ll be even better. thanks!!!

  Had to have a new AC & furnace installed for my very elderly grandfather. Alex and Dean were awesome, along with the entire crew who has been here. Unfortunately, I can't remember all of their names, but they all deserve credit for being great, respectful, courteous, and of course good at their job. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up after. Even Samantha (i think was her name even though im pretty sure I called her Amanda once or twice) the dispatcher/scheduler was extra nice and helpful. The entire process was very quick and easy. They responded to any questions or issues we had immediately. Dependability is the name of the game and they're it, which is what I need for my pap. You're not just paying for a product, you're paying for dependability and service too. Very happy with Gillece I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much.
