  BEWARE. Told me my options were a $3k leak test or buy a new unit. Pushed for $19k full replacement. I smelled a scam, paid the flat daily fee, and called someone else. Same day got it fixed for $400 from a reputable independent company. Don’t fall for the sales technique. They saw our damage from a recent tornado and still tried to get us to sign up for years of monthly payments. Call someone else!

  The technicians were professional and courteous. They introduced themselves and ask me for the reason they were here. I gave a full detailed description of my problem. They returned there understanding of my problem and then got to work. They described what they were doing throughout the whole process. When they were finished with the repair the ask if I had any questions for them. They were very detailed oriented and pointed out things that I could do to increase the efficiency of my unit. I have always had good experiences with Gillece and will continue to use them in the future.

  Scott King came in and do a terrific job. My basement bathroom sink was backing up whenever the kitchen sink or dishwasher was ran. I tried to snake it myself for over an hour tonko avail. Scott got here and busted it out in less than half an hour. He was incredibly professional and honestky a god send. Can not recommend him enough. If you got plumbing issues request Scott!!!

  Had a tech come out for a unit not blowing cold air ....Tech said it was compressor and since it was 24 years old that they couldn't order a new compressor...Quoted 10,000 for a 2.5 ton Goodman unit...I thought it was high...So I called around and found Beam Cooling and Heating...They measured the house inside to make sure the unit was sufficient for house which first tech for Gilleace didn't do.... Beam quoted below 5000....Guess where I went....I heard later Gilleace charges a lot ....

  Called to have them come fix a pipe in a commercial building on a Monday morning around 9:30am said they would have someone out there later that day. They called at 4:30pm to reschedule me for the next day. I explained that the water to the bathrooms are shut off currently and if they could please get out there first thing. They proceeded to reschedule me 3 more times after the initial reschedule, each time notifying me at the end of business day! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business, and that is saying a lot considering I manage 19 locations and all the vendors for them. Not really sure how this place operates. I finally called another plumber and Chipps residential was out there within the hour! Not 5 days later and still no show.
